Overall a beautiful holiday let in beautiful Galloway. Have been visiting Galloway for 20 years and this is one of the nicest holiday lets we’ve stayed with the best view. Really clean and comfortable throughout.

A Wonderful Stay at a Cosy Self-Catering Gem We had such a lovely time. It's situated in a great location—peaceful yet close to everything you need. The place itself is cosy, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a real home away from home. What really made it special were the little treats left for us on arrival—a truly thoughtful touch that set the tone for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere relaxing, charming, and convenient.

Peace and tranquility - what a true treat. The accomodation and surroundings were comfortable, well equipped and suited us all. We brought my elderly parents to Scotland for a holiday and were able to provide them a space that was perfect in every way. They so enjoyed watching the belted galloways, rabbits and birds. The downstairs bedrooms with easy access to the bathroom were also just right for them whilst we stayed upstairs in a very spacious room.The well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook scottish fayre at home. Our two dogs loved exploring the garden. Watching the changing weather through the vast windows was enchanting! Thank you Julian for the cheese and oatcakes - much appreciated and enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay at Angely - a lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle with fantastic views. If you are blessed with good weather it is absolutely awesome. The lodge was a great home away from home and while over on the other side of Arran it is relatively easy to visit all parts. Wonderful experience and we would stay again.

Lovely lodge situated 10 minutes away from Loch Lomond! Views from the lodge are absolutely stunning. We loved looking for the bunnies in the field and bird watching. Lots of useful amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The shower pressure was not the best but it did the job and heated up quickly. Great WiFi speed. Great enclosed grass area for dogs and you are allowed to walk around the owners field to go and see the sheep and lambs. The owners were lovely and friendly too, Lesley was brill on check in, showing us how to use all the different things and gave lots of recommendations of things to do in the surrounding area.

We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and it was absolute perfection! The space was bright, welcoming and spotlessly clean. The location was amazing - you have the benefit of the peacefulness of being far enough away from everything whilst also being close enough to local amenities that you never feel ‘stuck’. The hot tub was just what was needed after the wedding stress and was nice and easy to use with clear instructions. The cherry on top was seeing the lovely sheep with their gorgeous little lambs! We loved our stay here and will 100% be returning.

My partner and I had a lovely time staying in the wee oak tree pod. It was very relaxing weekend and we look forward to our next trip.

Great stay at Silverwood, Really nice clean lodge in a peaceful location.

Lovely place to stay with a beautiful view of the Loch. Very quiet and private and just 5 mins walk to local village with cafe, pub, shop.

The Manor Party Lodge was perfect for a girlie weekend with 7 friends. We had an amazing time. The lodge was clean and well maintained and the hot-tub was wonderful. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly. We would definitely book again.

Altogether a lovely long weekend away, this place is perfect if you like to get out walking the hills etc, all the amenities in the lodge where more than I expected and would definitely stay here again in the future, we where a group of 15 and there was more than enough space and bathroom facilities, all in all I’d recommend the Rabbie burns lodge, just one piece of advice and this does not reflect on the place it’s self, if you book here and decided to order takeaway the only restaurant on just eat is an Indian place it’s absolutely terrible and extremely over priced so avoid that at all costs but there are plenty of menus in the lodge for other takeaways which we found later on Great place to go though thanks lynne

Cameron on site was excellent. He had great local recommendations. The house was fantastic with a lovely view of the Loch. Cute on site visitors center with snacks, food, and drinks for sale. Portnellian was such a great estate.

Had a such a lovely stay with family. Great directions and check in instructions, cabin was spotless and beds very comfortable. Christmas tree and decor added to the trip, whilst weather wasn’t kind, views were still stunning. Kitchen had everything we needed, overall a lovely festive break.

Rhonda was very welcoming and easy to talk to, accomadation was located superbly, and as we were travelling with young kids, worked very well for us with the play area upstairs and garden space.

Everything you would expect and more! Amazing location, great accommodation and even better hosts. A weekend thoroughly enjoyed and well will be back again
