Cottage vacation rentals in Avondale

There was nothing even slightest to complain about Cynthia's place. Check-in was smooth, the place is very clean, everything is great making us feel like home. We stayed in Cynthia 6 nights and have zero problem. Tyler, the property manager, was also very helpful. He informed me in advanced when some other guests were about to check-in in the middle of our stay. I highly recommend the place. Simply a five-star experience.

The home was located in a great neighborhood, and in a very convenient area for our plans. The home was in excellent shape and plenty spacious for our family.

Great place to stay in Scottsdale. Short drive to most attractions. It is a pool house so one large open room with lots of windows. It is perfect for 2 people and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful- be sure if you are wanting the hot to say so it is extra $ per night to use it. It was very quiet and nice get away.

Rollie's place was just what we needed being in town for my nieces graduation. He was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. We really appreciated everything during our stay!

We had a great stay it was very peaceful and relaxing even with other guest in the next room. Everyone followed the rules quiet time was truly quiet time we got some great sleep. Tyler always responded in minutes and communicated every time a new guest was arriving. Loved that. We would definitely book another stay in the future. Thx Guys

Great location, just a short drive to downtown Phoenix at a great price. We love pet friendly airbnb's that are detached units for full privacy and to prevent our dogs from bothering neighbors. This place was perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. Super clean, safe, and comfortable.

My family's stay was nice and peaceful in the beautiful neighborhood. I had a month long stay and upon arriving to the home was very clean. I would recommend better cleaning supplies for longer stays such as mine. Checkout wasn't too tedious and full of tasks like some places. I'd love to stay again.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay for the week - we felt right at home and had everything we needed. Miles was a great host with excellent communication about our stay. We had plenty of room for the two of us and our dog and all of our things. We especially enjoyed the rain head shower and the huge TV. The in-unit combo washer/dryer was also very convenient. The location was great for husband’s work trip too. We’re very likely to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very clear instructions on where to park and how to enter the home. Exactly what I expected, no surprises, clean home.

This home is so cute and the yard is absolutely peaceful. Its a pleasure to sit outside and relax. The home is cozy and clean. The location is great. I would definitely recommend it!

Evelyn’s place is cute and spacious, with a lot of personality. The kitchen was well equipped, with a gas range, good cookware, and a nice selection of tools and tableware. I was particularly happy with the well-seasoned cast iron pan. It was a nice touch to get a half dozen farm eggs; I enjoyed making them into omelettes in the regular (I don’t like non-stick) frying pan.

This is such a stylish little bungalow with everything needed for our short stay in PHX.

Great relaxing and fun place to stay. Clean and full of things to do… games, books, huge tv and c-box video games, nice places to sit outside and ping pong, grills, etc. But the spa/hot tub wasn’t there! 😢 it was in the description and in the photos, but it didn’t exist. Too bad, I was really looking forward to that! Very helpful host and property manager who responded within minutes to help with the sound bar on the tv. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very nice. It was clean and supplied a lot of things we needed for a short stay. The host is very friendly and responsive. It was a quiet neighborhood which helped with our last few days of relaxing on our vacation.

We loved Malinda’s Airbnb guide. The instructions were clear and her recommendations were helpful. Her outdoor patio is beautiful and quiet. The room is comfortable. The park across the street is another plus. We would love to stay there again.

Like most of the places like this we’ve stayed in, it could use a little fine tuning. Washer and dryer amenity was in progress but not available. Add a couple of serving dishes to kitchenware. For the most part it met expectations. Samantha was very friendly and communicative with us if we had any questions.

From the moment I checked in (with my 2 cats!), I was impressed. Firstly, Miles allowed early checkin for me, which was such a huge help, and @ no extra cost! The place was immaculate inside, & I couldn’t believe how much bigger it looked inside than what the photos looked like; there was more than enough space! Outside, the little cluster of cottages were peaceful & adorable, with the lights on the palm trees in the center really tying it all together. Yes, the overall neighborhood isn’t the prettiest, but honestly, who cares? It wasn’t dangerous @ all, & the cottages grouped together felt like it’s own little private neighborhood on its own. I spent a lot of time outside @ night journaling/having a smoke, & never felt afraid - & I’m a 5’3 woman diagnosed with PTSD, so that says a lot lol. Miles & his beautiful wife (& adorable dog!) were excellent hosts, & I was sad when I went to book an additional month that someone else had beaten me to it! I stayed roughly 6 weeks, & I loved it!
