Beachfront vacation rentals in Avalon

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

We loved this place! The location was amazing, just minutes from the beach & walkable to great shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

We had the best time on our trip! It is the perfect home in the perfect location. Kristi is a great host. We will definitely book again.

This place was perfect for our family! My husband always has a difficult time sleeping away from home, but he didn’t have trouble sleeping here! The beds are super comfortable, along with the linens, pillows, etc. We were able to get great use out of the wagon and boogie boards. I loved the location; we walked to the beach in under 10min, walked to the grocery store, and of course my husband enjoyed his morning walk to Starbucks every morning. The kitchen had a beautiful gas stove where we enjoyed cooking every night. Greg, I can’t thank you enough for our best family trip yet!!!

The PERFECT place!! Location. Location. Location. Clean. Responsive. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. It had it all. Parking for 2nd vehicle was a challenge but really not that bad. Neighborhood was super safe and plenty to do and walking distance. Truly amazing in every way. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, doesn’t appear that it gets rented often, no soap, and limited amenities. Host wasn’t quick to respond, but overall great views and great location.

There were a lot of stairs getting up so make sure to have good knees! The view was worth it! Very private and peaceful. Tom was always responsive and check-in was a breeze. Golf Cart was included was a plus!

If you are not sure if this is the place to be, this is the place to be. Amazing views, great host and lovely compound. The place is 15 min from the hustle and bustle of tourist downtown. There is a golf cart to get you downtown when you want. Not great if you hate walking up stairs because there is no elevator to the suite but the walk up the stairs is easy. Love it and would book again.

For some reason, the place wasn't cleaned already. But they arrived when we did and they did a good job. It was a nice place but no rugs except for the living room. It was very peaceful. The golf cart was very loud and the brakes didn't work all that well - might be time to replace with an electric one ;-) Overall it was a nice clean peaceful unit. However, I don't think it was worth what we paid $1200 for 2 nights.

The condo looked just like the listing and the view was perfect! It was spacious, felt so private and the golf cart is a game changer, letting us really enjoy the island. I loved having a kitchen to cook! The only bummer - and no one’s fault - was the bedroom wall connects to the neighbors living room, so it was really loud when we were trying to sleep. Recommend ear plugs if you’re a sensitive sleeper. 😊 Also, a couple of the house instructions were incorrect but the property management team helped us navigate. Overall a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be back!

We had the loveliest time here and would love to come back. Wonderful views, very clean, great community amenities, and friendly staff. Accessibility to town is a breeze with the provided golf cart. The on-site ocean access (cove) is a great option for a less-crowded experience.

Amazing time In Catalina and the Golf cart allowed our family to explore the restaurants and fish. We lost count of how many fish we caught, would definitely come again!

Blake is great host. Easy to communicate and quick response. House is clean and has balcony with beautiful view. And having golf cart he let us use was really helpful, we used for going to town and going around the island scenic route.

This unit within Hamilton Cove has been our best vacation yet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The entire unit felt clean and was very spacious for me and my now wife. The golf kart was a plus - it was a short 5-8 minute ride into downtown. Hosts were responsive. Definitely will be coming back to stay here again!!

You can't beat the view. The unit is very spacious and we felt like there were many good memories made there over the years. We definitely made some great ones. .I could definitely see a larger group doing well there. The stair are real, so I would not suggest for older or impaired guests. The property amenities are all kept beautifully and the golf cart seats 6. The private beach was perfect and unexpected. Town was less than a 5min golf cart ride. We look forward to another visit.

Absolutely beautiful home with an amazing location walking distance from all excursions and amenities. The hosts were very flexible to our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend spending your vacation here!

We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. Girls trip. The place was amazing! So very beautiful. The furnishings,like the dining table and table in the living room also the headboards in both bedrooms were spectacular! The views were awesome from every room. Our local contact person was Ana and she was very helpful during our stay, especially the night we locked ourselves out on the patio!! She rushed right over and was very nice to us , when she could’ve been irritated with our interruption of her evening. But she greeted us with a beautiful smile and kindness. The location is great, we liked being the short distance from the main shopping and restaurants. It was just a short golf cart ride to get there, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful at the day’s end. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Im so glad I found it

Catalina island is an absolutely beautiful place to visit. I've been a few times but this time we decided to stay for bday and mother's day for my wife and our two children. Steven's place is absolutely perfect. it sits in a prime location in Hamilton Cove high enough up to get a great breeze and close enough for peek-a-boo views of the ocean. The stairs can be a little much but not nearly as bad as other units as our 3 and a 5 yr old seem to handle it fine and really its to park the cart which was a life saver. My kids loved traveling the island on the cart and looked forward to sitting in the front to watch all the action. The place is exactly as the pictures show and the unit is very comfortable with a beach home feel. we loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Host was super nice and very responsive making our stay a perfect getaway from the hustle of daily life.

Tiffany is an incredible host. She is easy to communicate with and was proactive informing you of what to expect, easy instructions both checking in and out, as well as recommendations. She answered any questions I had in a timely matter to. The golf cart is a great addition as well to easily get to Avalon. Bottom line up front everything was very simple so that my girlfriend and I were able to fully enjoy our stay on the island. The villa was beautiful just like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend booking with Tiffany at her villa in Hamilton Cove. Just a heads up if you’re going to eat on the balcony don’t leave any food unattended for a second or the birds will swoop it. They’re watching and waiting for an opportunity. Happened to me lol. Thank you again Tiffany for making our trip so much easier to enjoy.

I’ve come to Catalina a few times in my life, and this trip was by far the best one because I stayed at Trevor’s place. Hamilton Cove is stunning, and it’s awesome that it comes with a golf cart.
