Our apartment includes a separate bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed. There is a small refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Please Note: We can ONLY rent to the individual/s that book the apartment. Also, the room rate is non-negotiable. Additionally, the golf cart is not included with the rental.

Very comfortable beds, newly remodeled. Has a connecting separate room (for a fee) with its own bathroom that would hold an additional 3 people. PLEASE ASK FOR MORE INFO AND COST IF NEEDED! My two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Catalina sleeps 6 with a full kitchen and an incredible ocean view. I’ve nicknamed my place “Sense of Porpoise.” Dolphins, whales and other sea life are often spotted from my oceanfront patio. The villa is in a gated community called Hamilton Cove, which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, rec room, tennis courts and a nine-hole put course. A six-person golf cart is included.

It was a great stay, the condo was beautiful, bedrooms were very comfy. The Bellanca hotel staffs, especially the girls on the reception were super friendly and communicative! I had lots of questions, they always answered me and responded my inquiries excellently! Special thanks to them, I was able to check in earlier! The location is very good, close to the pool and the beach. The only thing I would recommend to upgrade their golf cart and kitchen utensils. Otherwise it was a great experience staying at the condo along with my husband and two kids!

Lamont and the staff were so friendly with great tips on things to do around the island. The property is breathtaking & steps away from the private beach, pool and gym. The golf cart included with the condo was seriously a lifesaver we explored the entire island with ease and sits 6 people. Bring a portable speaker for music on the go. The entire condo is pure luxe & so quiet and peaceful. The shower and kitchen design are my favorites- simply beautiful. Felt right at home!

They picked up the phone every time we called, they let us check in early to drop off our stuff so we could walk the island. We left about 20 minutes late so we could finish some food and they were OK with that. The house was very clean when we arrived. I highly recommend this place. The only caution I would say is the shower is relatively small. It’s definitely not a two person shower, but ultimately not a big deal at all.
