Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

The apartment has a lovely kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself. There is a private toilet/bath. The apartment is located on a farm, so there is the possibility of meeting some horses. There's a double bed and a sofa bed. There are good shopping opportunities and a bakery just 5 minutes by car. Djurssommerland is 15 km from the apartment.

Welcome to "Ny Sjørupgaard" Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. Central because you are in nature and silence, and yet close to facilities you need as a tourist in Denmark. We have a forest that can be used, where there is a shelter that you can also sleep in. The horses walk right around the house, and the chickens also (sometimes) walk freely around. When you have been on a trip during the day, there is time and peace to process the impressions. So hug a tree, throw away your shoes, and relax with us.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
