Peaceful house of 40 m2 for 2 people and 1 baby at the foot of the Pyrenees with private SPA available 24 hours a day all year round. 5 min away, pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, pizza distributor. 12 min from Tarbes, 30 min from the thermal baths of Bagnères de Bigorre, 40 min from Lourdes, 1 hour from the ski resorts (Payolle, La Mongie, etc.), 1 hour 15 min from Spain (Bossost) and 10 min from the A64 4 km from Lake Arrêt-Darré with a tree climbing park. And a very good restaurant "Aux délices boulinois" in Boulin, 5 min by car.

Townhouse with a quiet garden

The cottage is on the ground floor, on one level of approximately 30 m2. Access from the common courtyard with our home. It is located in a small cul-de-sac, quiet. It's cool in the summer. Ideally located close to the train station. The large garden is shared with our house (see map in photo). It is wooded, secure and closed. Within a 10-minute walk: SNCF and bus station, bakery, tobacconist, convenience store, landscaped banks of the Gers and a park of more than one hectare. Pets welcome.

One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.
