Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

This hideaway home is a special little gem, tucked away in the heart of this beautiful historic town. This newly renovated grade 2 listed apartment is surrounded by striking period architecture, the building itself originally dates back to circa 1600. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Annex, own stairs to bedroom & ensuite

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Gary's place. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to all the main attractions and the cottage was so well stocked and beautifully clean and cosy. Gary sorted out parking which was right outside the cottage, and helped with all our other queries. I forgot my kindle and he posted it onto me straight away with tracked delivery. We could not ask for a better host. Definitely a 5 star stay, and highly recommend.

Charming Barn Stay in Idyllic Ilmington We had the loveliest stay at this beautiful little barn in the heart of Ilmington. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of the Cotswolds, the barn was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, it felt cosy and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Joanna Mary was so friendly and very responsive. The village of Ilmington itself is picture-perfect, with our favourite pub The Howard Arms just a short walk away. amazing walks right on the doorstep.

A gravel pathway is flanked by blossoming trees in shades of pink and white, leading to a charming building. Lush greenery and neatly arranged plants enhance the natural setting, while a clear blue sky provides a vibrant backdrop.

The barn is one of the most stellar Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. A beautiful space in the midst of a view to just constantly soak in. We went there with our kids and loved every moment of it. Jacqui was very helpful and responsive throughout and her recommendations were great for things to do around the space as well. Would highly recommend.

Mason’s Court is right in the heart of historic Stratford Upon Avon . All of the best attractions are a short walk . This is a very interesting property , probably most people would never have stayed in a 600 year old place , it is an experience worth trying . You get modern appliances with the original building’s features to enjoy . Great hosts , I would highly recommend a stay .

Really enjoyed our stay here - the house was so nicely furnished and cosy which meant that even on a rainy day we didn’t feel cooped in. It’s the perfect location for exploring both the Cotswolds and Stratford Upon Avon! Upon arrival we also found that Sarah had left us a bottle of Prosecco, some milk and a cake - so thoughtful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here - we couldn’t recommend it enough!
