Vacation rentals with beach access in Astúrias Beach

We were amazed by the APT, very spacious, airy, great location Everything I needed I found here at the APT. utensils, microwave, not to mention the barbecue that is fantastic. great INTERNET support market, wine cellar, bakery, snack bar, tobacco shop....without words, great, great, great. Finally, ELÍSIO was super attentive and the reception was very well organized and very friendly. Now we just have to schedule a new trip and we will certainly be back soon 🙏🙏

This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! My boyfriend and I made the reservation less than 24 hours before check-in, we talked to Drausio, he was very helpful, super polite and allowed us to enter before the time announced on the website, he also gave us other information by WhatsApp to facilitate communication. We stayed for 4 days in the apartment, we loved the location, the tranquility of the beach and the service of the condominium staff. The apartment is really like in the photos, we felt at home, it was great! Just one thing that left us a little discouraged when we arrived was the smell of wood/mold (we believe it was because the apartment was older and had been closed for several days), but we left everything open and the smell practically disappeared.

Juliana has been super proactive and receptive from the start. We celebrated birthdays with friends and everything was perfect. We received a muffin at check-in and were even able to extend check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems, so you can do everything on foot. Very empathetic and cooperative. We will definitely return more often!

The house is big and is on a quiet street. It has cameras and an electric fence. The hosts are friendly and kind. I got a bad weather weekend, but I loved Guaiuba Beach. I'm already planning to come back.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by
