Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Certainly we will return, well located house, facing the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available, complete kitchen to make our meals, finally, again: absolutely impeccable. Our stay was amazing, very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, ice cream parlor, bakery and several establishments. Douglas is the very attentive condominium doorman. The house was clean and organized. Strong point: air-conditioning, water filter and proximity to the beach. We will definitely be back and I recommend it to my friends and family.

It had been a long time since I was going to Guarujá, it was my husband my children and my nephews, the beach is very close we do not need to use the car for nothing at night we went downtown on foot. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. To close Vânia is very attentive and answered my questions quickly.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by
