L'Uliveto is an apartment with a modern design, consisting of an open space kitchen/living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It is located in Bastia Umbra, a few kilometers from Assisi. The newly built apartment, with energy class A+, is equipped with the highest living standards (cooling and underfloor heating, motorized shutters, photovoltaic panels). The property also enjoys a 120 sqm garden, well-kept and furnished so that you can enjoy a relaxing vacation.
