The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

We enjoyed the 5 days in Eike's apartment very much, every morning over the jetty into the fresh fjord water. When it's colder, heat up the sauna and enjoy the unique view while sweating. The apartment is simply beautifully located on both sides of the water, with magnificent views. There really is everything you need for a successful vacation, the kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. The apartment is ideally laid out, even when traveling with children. There are two separate spacious bedrooms with large double beds and parents can still sit in peace in the beautiful living room or on the balcony in the evening. We made excursions to Legoland (less than 1 hour away) and to the surrounding towns, both very nice. Looking for shells and amber on the beach right outside the front door was great for the kids. Jesper was super friendly and always available when we had questions, check-in and check-out went quickly and smoothly. Thanks for the wonderful Easter getaway!

Hej, we had a lovely time in the small cozy apartment. The amenities were good and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, as already mentioned in other comments, the windows cannot be opened, but you can leave the door open when you are in the apartment and there is also air conditioning. Unfortunately, the shower is a bit cramped or the shower head cannot be adjusted and we would have liked frosted glass in the bathroom, but otherwise it was functional. The apartment is very quiet and shopping and Odense are easily accessible by car. You can go for a nice walk, but unfortunately nothing else is within walking distance. We had a lovely stay and you can park right in front of the property.

We needed a place to stay to break up a long road trip. We did not know of this spot beforehand, but I was we had had time to stay longer. The surroundings are beautiful! We could bring our dogs, and went for a long walk on a pristine winter morning. It was awesome. We arrived fairly late but there was no issues with the host. He greeted us in the dark and made us feel right at home. The place is HUGE by the way.

The apartment is as described, everything is available, even in the kitchen there are bread/freezer bags, foils, dishwasher tabs, etc. and everything is very clean. The city is quickly and easily accessible on foot, you are also very quickly at the water and the beach. The small toilet in the master bedroom is an advantage, it is also wonderful to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the🌅 evening sun. In both bedrooms are large TVs for streaming. I traveled for business, but still enjoyed Sonderborg. If I need a place to stay (even private) in Sonderborg again, I will gladly see if this apartment is available, I felt very comfortable. The flat was cozy and modern. It was very quiet and clean. It was exactly like in the pictures. The communication was very easy and the area is really beautiful. I highly recommend this place and Helle as a host. I would definitely go there again.

A very nice host with a huge garden (with soccer goal and trampoline) as well as a sensational pool outbuilding for free use incl. Hot tub + sauna + a large smart TV. Just wow! Everything was as described. A dream for children and families, although the host lived on site, it was very private. Can we recommend it with a clear conscience.
