This accommodation exceeded expectations. It was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. Inside and outside it was just incredibly beautiful. I cant really say much about the touristy things in this area as I was visiting during monsoon season but there is a fantastic restaurant just a few minutes by foot down the road. Communication was always easy and fast and the information provided beforehand included everything you needed to know. As this was my first visit to India I really would like to thank the family taking care of the place: They helped and supported me whenever I struggled. I got to experience real Goan hospitality which made an AirBnb feel like a home. This made my stay very special and unforgettable. Strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I was traveling alone and this place was perfect to relax and get some work done at the same time. it looked exactly as it did in the photos, with the locality nested within a peaceful and serene housing society. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. This modern stay is brilliantly themed ,had a great time here at this thoughtfully put together place .The host made us feel like home .It had all the amenities and more than that necessary for my 3-day stay.The host took time for explaining me things and guided me for everything (local recommendations ).Everything was well arranged and neat.The mood lights and Alexa was - icing on the cake .Would highly reccomend this

Stayed there for 2 nights. The place is good. Looks like the pictures. I read some reviews about cleanliness issues in Google but I got my place near and clean. There was some issues with the AC with water leaking inside but the host tried to get it fixed, although the technician wasn't able to fix it completely. So I kind of didn't use the AC for both nights(only bedroom) but the weather was pleasant enough. All toiletries were provided. The flat is not very big, but Good enough you won't be disappointed at all with size of flat. Can accomodate 3-4 people easily with Extra mattress. There is common pool as well. Overall great experience. Would love to visit again.

Our stay at Las Terrazos was amazing! The owners are really sweet and very cooperative. It was easy to find the place, and as soon as you walk in, you are charmed. It's the little things they have added that really had me sold on the place - when we went, there was a cute little color-changing lamp, a small movable work desk, two bathrooms stocked with supplies, and even a soundbox connected to the smart TV. There are many great restaurants nearby. Mimosu is right downstairs and they even offer free delivery. The food here is decent but costly. Rabbit Hole is another restaurant closeby (within driving distance), and it has really nice food. The AirBnb's location is also a huge positive. Siolim is not more than 15 minutes from Mapusa bus stand by car/scooty, so getting around was not a problem at all. Overall, 10/10 !! Easily one of the best AirBnbs we've stayed at in a while.
