Vacation rentals with beach access in Aspen

This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

A very pleasant apartment right by the roaring fork river. Lots of outdoor space and furniture to enjoy downtime by the river. Great communication from the host throughout.

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property and even more wonderful hosts!!! I have been on the road non-stop for 4 weeks and I feel terrible that I am just now leaving a review almost 2 weeks late! These people deserve a shout from the mountain top!

Great Stay

The condo at Bel Lago was very comfortable, immaculate and well appointed. Check in was very easy and we found everything as described. Management was very responsive when I messaged with a small issue.

Ruth was an incredible host from start to finish!! A ton of communication & understanding when we were running late and she was there to greet us when we arrived. She gives super specific and helpful instructions to find the place which was much needed at night haha. Her 2 dogs and adorable and Ruth is so kind and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and the room itself we stayed in was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and cozy. All amenities worked perfectly and it was nice and quiet - we will 1000% return if we find ourselves in Vail again!!!

“An Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommend!” From the moment we arrived, this upscale condo exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the high-end furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, showed the host’s dedication to creating an unforgettable guest experience. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

Timothy’s place was just as described. We had everything we needed for a week’s stay in the mountains. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and mountain views. There is easy access to a path by the river. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was relaxing and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is close to restaurants, hot springs, hiking and climbing. Timothy was friendly, polite and responded quickly to messages.

We loved our stay at Alla’s! The location and views were incredible and the home was beautiful and well-appointed. Alla was always very quick to respond and did everything she could to make our stay wonderful. We’d definitely stay at her place again! Note about altitude sickness - it’s a very real thing and shouldn’t be taken lightly! We came from a week at 7,000’ and had been traveling and hiking at higher elevations for a month prior and we still were hit pretty hard for 36+ hours. Thankfully, Alla’s place was the perfect place to chill and recover before getting back out there! Thanks, Alla!

Great place to stay in for a ski trip to beaver creek. Super close to ski shuttle and other restaurants. Beautiful view of the lake and cozy space to hang out in after a day of skiing. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic condo in Center Village! The location (and views!) can't be beat for easy access to the slopes + all the restaurants and shops the mountain has to offer. The condo was exactly as pictured with all the amenities listed as well as so many other little details that made our stay cozy and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi speed and connection for remote work as well. The ski lockers on the first floor and covered parking garage were also appreciated and made transporting gear a breeze. Really enjoyed the gym and shared outdoor hot tub as well. A+ stay and great communication from the host - we hope to stay again next season!

Perfect fit for our family. The fabulous bathrooms and kitchen amenities were amazing after the day's adventures on the mountain. We all slept like logs on spacious bedding. The home was relaxing and comfortable! We enjoyed nesting indoors as much as the spectacular outdoors. Everything is well stocked so you can pack light. The kids loved the easy to access private heated pool and hot tub located right outside the building. It's lightly chlorinated and just right. Our family were the only guests using it. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the private residence without hearing any noise from neighbors. Instructions for using the pool, garage, and local free public transportation made our stay easy. We didn't need to drive anywhere after arrival. Walking paths and the lake connect to the back yard. Restaurants, shops, and mountain sports are accessible on foot or the free Avon bus line stop a short walk from the front door.. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

It was the perfect place for a lil weekend get away. As it’s a studio and in the smaller side with no real privacy it’s perfect for a couple or a small close group of friends :) everything was clean and homie. Communication was great and not even needed because all the instructions and directions provided were thorough and made everything so smooth and enjoyable! Will be recommending this stay to all my friends and hope to return in the future!

This was our second time staying at Olgas place. It has been beautifully maintained. Everything you need to make a gourmet meal is right in her kitchen. We love the location next to Nottingham Lake for walks. Within walking distance of Avon restaurants. In addition, Olga is super responsive with her

Place was great, would definitely stay again. We asked for some humidifiers, they promptly brought 2 new ones over. Place was well stocked, quiet and larger than expected. Hot tub area was great, with indoor showers and dry sauna. Thank you so much!
