New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Suitable for families. No parties. 6 beds (two bunk and one double) in main house and one bunk bed and 1.5 man bed in annex. Best suited for 6-8 people. Cozy, newly renovated cottage with a good balance between old and new. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere where you will find everything you need to relax and have fun. The house is secluded from the road, and in the summer when everything has blown out, it feels like being in the middle of the forest. There is a large deck - both covered and not - as well as a fire pit. Brugsen is only 250m away, the beach 1.5km and forest 2km away. There are mattresses, or sofa where any 3rd person can sleep.

In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family.
