New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

A small cosy House

Personally decorated, beautiful, cozy and well-functioning holiday home close to the beach, forest and beautiful natural areas. Suitable for a boyfriend trip, cozy with girlfriends or a small get away for peace and quiet. During summer holidays it is just nice to use the outdoor room and there is plenty of room for a small family. any larger children can sleep in their own dept. in the annex. There is the opportunity to sleep outdoors, make fires, cook outside and enjoy life on the wooden deck with and without cover.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Relaxed area with sea on three sides, near nature, small town with restaurants, cafes, harbor, ferries and trains to Frederiksværk, Hillerød and Copenhagen. The home is located on a closed road in a separate house and has a large room, a small kitchen with dining table, hallway and a toilet with shower. Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with outdoor shower. Welcome!
