Vacation rentals with a pool in Ashvem Beach

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was peaceful, clean and just as described. Ambreen and her team were incredibly helpful throughout. From early check in to assisting with local needs, they made everything smooth and easy. Even though she was traveling Ambreen stayed in touch and made sure we were comfortable. Had an amazing time here. The housekeep/helper was also polite &very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s designed well. The room and the balcony were quite airy and fresh. And the washing machine, I must say, is an amazing thing to be included on a stay - it helped us a lot. And now for the best part, they have the most amazing, secluded & cozy pool - surrounded by lush greenery. So yes, the pool here was the best part of our experience. Just one thing I’d like to mention so that maybe it improves is that the towels were leaving lint out left & right which made them pretty unusable. But other than that everything was pretty nice.

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. Especially, during the monsoon season, the place was a great choice when it came to accommodation. Host was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Also enjoyed the pool which we didn’t expect in the stay.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.
