Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ashvem Beach

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The property was an excellent choice — calm, peaceful, and beautifully suited for monsoon days. The exterior had a quiet charm that made simply sitting by the front and watching the rain a joy in itself. Inside, it was just as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and comfortable. While the host wasn’t very responsive, the caretaker was truly outstanding and always willing to help. He made everything smooth and enjoyable. Just one small note: the cushion covers could use an update. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay!

Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

Our group of 10 had more than enough space in the home, making it a perfect choice for our stay. Kiran, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast variety he offered was great and was absolutely delicious each morning. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The property is ideally located near all the popular spots, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, there's a scooter rental shop just outside the property, which was a huge bonus for easy transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future.

me and my cousins had booked this place after two of my bookings got canceled and I must say it was the best thing to ever happen. the villa is very pretty and the interiors make you stay for much longer. the host is very accommodating and responsive. the pool was very clean and free from chlorine. the bathrooms were also quite clean. the space is quite large for even 12 people. best place to stay for at least 2 days. the staff at the villa, subodh bhaiya and didi (his wife) were very cordial and kind. they took care of everything and were very helpful. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a best getaway. I also intent on visiting more such places from the host. Good wishes to the host and his team

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! There were 9 of us, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

Barath was extremely kind and even picked me up from the airport. He helped me get a scooter once I arrived. Apartment is clean and basic, great host, definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Tellado Properties in Baia Villas, Mandrem. The aesthetic and calm atmosphere of the property were truly captivating. We fell in love with the design and architecture so much that we didn't want to leave the premises. Shakeel provided excellent caretaking service, proving to be quick and reliable. Chef Babu did an amazing job preparing delicious home-cooked meals featuring authentic Goan cuisine tailored to our taste preferences. I can't wait to visit this property again.

We had an amazing time at Felix's place in Goa, the house is on the beach with many great shaks and dining options nearby. The apartment was spacious and we had everything we needed. I can only recommend! :)

The place is really nice and rustic. Apart from the few cobwebs here and there the place was clean. They were very clear with their instructions and always available to our questions and accommodating.
