Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Arroyo Seco

This was a really special and unique house. It worked out very well for our group of two families with young kids. The location felt very remote and the drive up would not be for the faint of heart in bad weather, but the views were beautiful. It was about equidistant to going to the mountain for skiing and into town, which made it convenient. Kitchen was very well equipped as well. Overall would definitely recommend!

We LOVED our stay!! The views alone were worth it! The house was cozy and had great amenities. Kristin was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay! We would definitely stay again!

This place is amazing. The house itself is so unique and we loved the little room with the writing desk. It felt like a monastic cell, but in a good way. The design of the place is so cool! I loved the watermelon theater (at least that’s what I’m calling it) and the Alice in Wonderland door that leads to the patio from the bedroom. And then there’s the location which is unbelievable! You are surrounded by the most amazing views of the desert and all you need to do is look out a window or lounge on the pergola to take it all in and experience the magical sunsets. We will definitely be back. I was so sad we had to leave!

Sugar Vista was so sweet! We had everything we needed for our little family reunion and plenty of room to eat, drink and be merry together! We were able to cook up the goodies we found at the farmers market and enjoyed chatting around the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub! The beds were comfy and the house was decorated perfectly! Coffee on the patio in the morning was delightful! I look forward to the next visit to Taos and Sugar Vista!

Arroyo Seco is an awesome little town so we wanted to be as close as possible and Ann’s house is. Again just be aware when walking from the house. The road is the main rd to Taos village and gets more traffic than you’d think

This is a great dog-friendly place to stay close to the heart of Taos. It was really fun to be able to walk out the door and into the downtown area in less than 10 min. The house is private, and the fully fenced backyard is peaceful and shady. Our family appreciated the house layout: each side has a bedroom, full bathroom, and its own living area. We mostly sat outside and enjoyed the front patio and the backyard under the trees. Though we didn’t use the hot tub, it has its own secluded spot and probably very nice to sit in on a cool night. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to be close enough to walk to town but still have a quiet and private place to rest. You’ll feel like a local!

I visited from Chicago for a a fairly long stay (~12 days), and it was a great experience! The living space was very cozy and had a very usable kitchen. The views of the mountains during the morning and evening were pretty great, and the location was far enough away from people to remain quiet while still being close enough to grab groceries on a whim. Plenty of outdoor activities to do in the nearby area.

The owners were friendly and getting into the clean quiet house was easy…once we found it. Google maps just couldn’t seem to pinpoint it (which is not the fault of the owners). Try using Apple Maps for a better experience finding the house. Other than that it was great! Very clean and comfy with room enough for me, my wife, two teenage boys, and our German Shepherd. Also, city slickers beware, there is no central heat and air so plan accordingly! Overall we would happily stay here again!

Beautiful condo in a complex with so many amenities - pool, tennis, many walking paths. The patio is HUGE, with comfy chairs, and the view of the mountains is gorgeous; we spent every morning and evening sitting there. Less than a 10 minute drive into the heart of Taos. Perfect!

The perfect cabin for a group getaway! A group of ten of us spent the weekend here and it was absolutely perfect. So much space to hang out, awesome game room, great kitchen for cooking and beautiful views. Host was super responsive and provided very clear instructions for everything. We already want to plan our next trip and stay here again.

This is an absolutely adorable condo. It has all the flavor of New Mexico and the fireplace/heater was so welcoming every time I walked in the door. All the comforts were included - a great bed, comfy chairs to relax in and everything one could possibly want in the kitchen. The location is so perfect for access to hiking or skiiing or heading to the plaza. I would definitely pick Jeana's place again for my next visit to Taos.

We had a great getaway at CasAlegre Taos! This is a lovely, cozy well-appointed condo between the town of Taos and Arroyo Seco NM on the way to the Taos Ski Valley. We came for a a few days of skiing, rest and great mountain views. All delivered! Easy to get to and amenities like pickle ball and pool/spa close by --

Absolutely amazing place - incredibly comfortable and so many amenities - kitchen has everything; bathrooms spacious and sparkling; bedrooms so comfortable and the home is surrounded by the most beautiful scenery - Arroyo Seco is breathtaking, peaceful and super cool - great eateries, galleries - enchanting indeed! Stacy is so responsive and helpful! Truly hard to leave!

AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS We spent some wonderful days at this mountain retreat. The house was just perfect for our family and we decided to rent the downstairs for the grandkids. GREAT -they loved playing downstairs almost as much as being outside were there was always plenty of action. House was comfy and those views! We cooked and loved the terrace lounging inthe comfortable wooden Adirondack chairs around the firepit (we didn't turn it on) but it was nice to just see the different types of birds (My wife is an avid bird watcher and she said there were so many) Then there were all the humming birds not shy at all. In the mornings the deer came right up to the house to feed but even better we got to see an Elk being born right before our eyes! It was in the woods that are part of the property. Overall an incredible time and we will definitely be back. We loved this place and the responsiveness of the host. We travel a lot and stay in different Airbnbs this one made a difference

Easy to get to stores, restaurants and ski slope., very private, beautiful view, easy to hike in area, fun to see wild life deer and elk, great accommodations in cabin, with lots of space for big families, lots of games and entertainment to include (3) TV’s in the home., and wi fi access was great. Thankyou for our second great visit to your wonderful cabin.

Truly incredible and unique place to stay. If you’re in the area you don’t want to miss this stay. It was only 15 minutes from Taos and yet very secluded and private. Given that it is an underground home made of adobe you can expect a bit of dust and a few friends with more than four legs. I will also say the shower ran out of hot water very quickly. Still would highly highly recommend.

Ellen’s place was a true gem. Spotlessly clean, well designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Of all the airbnbs we rented during our 3 weeks in New Mexico, Ellen’s studio was off the charts not only for its physical features but also for its park like setting and Ellen’ helpful recommendations and responsiveness. We would welcome the chance to stay at Stella Blue again during our next visit to the Taos area.

This place is just wonderful. There are no words for the 360 views around the house--stunning in all directions. The house is super cozy, comfortable, and lovely. Can't wait to come back...we wish we were still there!!

Morgaine's place was incredibly peaceful and private. We did not interact with anyone during the whole stay, which totally floated our boat. The only issue was the challenge of the locks on the front and back door. We finally gave up and left the unit unlocked the whole time we were there. This was a bit inconvenient and frustrating. But otherwise our stay was perfet. Thank you, Morgaine.

The casita is charming and in a beautiful setting. It’s peaceful and private but conveniently close to the town of Arroyo Seco. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to our questions. The house is well equipped with everything we could need. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!

The pictures honestly don’t do it justice! We loved our time here, and it’s probably my favorite Airbnb experience. It is fairly remote with not a lot of dining options, so I highly recommend bringing food to prepare in the well stocked kitchen.

Our original Airbnb had problems and Salina made her place available with very little heads up. The place was great and we had a lot of fun staying there. It was very tastefully decorated and exactly what we needed for Spring Break ski trip.

The Casita is a charming, cozy, peaceful hideaway in the woods, with a private fenced-in yard that my little dogs enjoyed. I watched from the kitchen as they quietly explored outside, sipping my coffee while gentle rays of morning sunlight poured in through the windows. Our stay at the Casita was filled with such unexpected, blissful, therapeutic moments! Janet provided helpful information about the area and supplied everything we needed to be comfortable.
