This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

The house is a real gem: exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need. But above all, silence reigns: total peace. Giovanni, the owner, is fantastic: always attentive to our needs, helpful, and a really pleasant person to talk to. If we give the house 5 stars, the garden definitely deserves 10 stars... simply wonderful. An ideal place for those looking for relaxation and who want to enjoy the tranquility of the house and its beautiful garden. Highly recommended!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Sabaudia is a great location away from tourists. Easy to get to Latina train station by car 1/2 hour. We had parking, a Gardner and pool service. Recycling is a bit of a pain but that’s all of Italy.

The villa is wonderful, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

We just left this magical place and we already lack everything from the huts to the magnificent view and total relaxation in the pool and everything that surrounded us. But the thing we miss most is Margherita and her husband Antonio are friendly, welcoming, nice and excellent company who immediately made us feel at home and as a family with our little girl of only six months. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel welcome and was always available whenever we needed assistance or local recommendations. Their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for our large family. It had everything we needed—well-equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views from the property were simply stunning, overlooking both the valley and the sea, especially at sunset. The location was ideal—just a short drive or walk to the charming old town and great restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet enough to feel like a true getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. Great apartment, great location and host was great!

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Thank you Leila.

Everything was perfect. We booked the accommodation on the day of arrival without any problems. The hostess was very communicative and wrote back immediately. The accommodation was clean, large and in a beautiful location. Definitely worth a visit and it won't be our last time here!
