Beautiful place! Right inside a horse farm. The apartment is located on the second floor above the farm office. Two huge bedrooms and two very large bathrooms. New and clean washing machine. We traveled with our children and they were thrilled with the place. The owners of the property were very friendly and highly available by phone (whatapp) Great place!

Recommend this place highly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beautiful scenery along with a hot tub and sauna for our pleasure. House was immaculate and beautifully furnished and decorated. Also, walking distance to a restaurant that we visited twice for delicious food and scenery.

Beautiful house that is part of a palazzo above Omegna. The view of Lake Orta is superb thanks in particular to the access to several terraces and gardens. The gardens are shared as there are 2 houses that are rented but we were alone during our stay.

The house offers so much beauty that you can lose a bit of the desire to drive to explore the area. The outdoor spaces are spacious and equipped, we lived the house less thanks to the spring temperatures. Paola was super helpful, easily reachable, and offers lots of directions on things to do. Ideal for a getaway from the city. The house was comfortable and well-kept, there are books and games that children! Highly recommended. p.s. If you do not close the blinds from your bedroom you will see the woods!

Ideal scenery, great hikes, very friendly hosts with an agritourism business! Highly recommend. Bring toiletries with you (shampoo, etc). The home has the basic essentials (sugar, salt, coffee). Very efficient heating system. Recommend!

We were a group of 9 people and we had a lovely stay at this house by Lake Maggiore. The location is absolutely beautiful, with great views. The path to get there will have given us some chills but the garden is a real haven of peace, perfect for enjoying the calm and surrounding nature. Self check-in and self check-out will have given us a lot of flexibility, Stefano's instructions and his responsiveness were perfect. A big thank you for the warm welcome and all the small details in making our stay such a pleasant one.

Cottage delle fate is a dream come true; the garden is very very spacious, and the house has multiple spots to relax at every hour of the day. Paola is a very responsive and lovely host. We felt very welcome!

For the third time at Roberto's and once again really nice. The Rustico is a little old-fashioned and not perfectly furnished, but fulfills all wishes for a 3-5 day stay. The large garden area and tranquility are fantastic and really unique! Grazie mille!

We were here for the second time. Beautiful quiet apartment a little off the mainstream tourism of Lake Maggiore but still everything very quickly accessible

We had a great stay at Rosana's place. The view on the lake is beautiful and the surroundings are incredibly quiet and green. In the summer you can enjoy breakfast and lunch on a table outside in the garden .The house is very well equipped, clean and comfortable.Rosana is absolutely charming and did everything to make out stay as pleasant as possible.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed stay at Davide’s place. The villa was very spacious and private with a wonderful outdoor sitting room and kitchen (with same indoors). Everything we needed was available on arrival - water, tea, coffee, bathroom accessories, etc., Porlezza is a gorgeous walkable town beside stunning Lake Lugano. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with an amazingly beautiful view. The place was very clean and well maintained. There are few supermarkets, bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so a car is very helpful.

The place on the beautiful property was very great. Especially the outdoor area was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is equipped with the basics and is really very full of decor and furniture. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and discreet. All in all a great place to stay on an amazing property!

This is our second time staying at Alberto‘s place and we love it! It’s the perfect to switch-off and relax. we‘ll be sure to return!

Claudia was so helpful throughout our whole holiday! The place looked bigger than appeared in the pictures and was so private. We had a couple of troubles with ants however we were given clear instructions on how to get rid of them. The house was a short walk from the centre of Como where there are many amazing restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here and we had an amazing time!
