This location was unbelievable, right in the heart of Georgetown, a safe and beautiful neighborhood! It was moments to all of the sites in Washington DC. Lodi was a great communicator, and helped me figure out parking.

The location is amazing and Norelle is a fantastic host. The room/bathroom are spacious with plenty of storage, and there is a lot of natural lighting. Norelle responded quickly to my questions and went out of her way to help me feel at home. I will definitely be staying here again!

When I first found this apartment on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought there was a catch! The pictures online don’t do it Justice at all. The apartment is gorgeous in person and the view is breathtaking. Waking up to the view felt like I was away on a private island or something. Kim is the most thoughtful, fun host. She provided us with all the information we needed and responded to our questions promptly. The apartment was not only tidy but also comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. The location was incredible. Kim had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Kim for such a wonderful time! We will definitely be back.

Lovely large apartment. Not a basement at all. More of a walk out - it has lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen. Previous review about common space unfounded. Totally secure. You can use laundry - pretty sweet - which is shared we are biking to C&O canal and it is well located for that! Thank you!

Nice and quiet. Restful after a long day of site seeing. Bus stop across the road makes it easy to get to sites. Veronica was so helpful and even checked on us to make sure all was well. Great host!

This place was great and Randall was responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces were great. Location was only blocks away from the metro, ballpark, and several restaurants and grocery stores which was certainly another plus. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Absolutely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. And we have stayed in a lot! Perfect location in charming Old Town. Lovely gracious townhouse. We arrived to a whistle clean house. Beautifully appointed. Fabulous linens on the beds. Each bed had a multi pronged phone charger on the night stand. A water carafe. Hamilton had set a beautiful dining table for us. It was these touches that shows how much Hamilton understands about having a top notch airbnb. I would absolutely recommend this airbnb. We look forward to staying there again! The place is sunny and bright. Two blocks to the water. Walking Old Town is delightful. You will not be disappointed!

A group of four of us stayed over a weekend for the LIV golf tournament is Gainesville, VA. The house was pretty easy to find and located in a great central area. Directions to the house and check in instruction were clear. The home was clean and everything worked well. It felt like a mix of an old homey cabin with modern features. The overlook of Lake Jackson makes for a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while overlooking the lake and listening the wildlife. Even saw a few bald eagles flying over the lake. Overall, our stay was great and Karen was helpful and responsive with any questions/requests we had. 5 out of 5 would stay again.

A+++ Host Great location Fun house I misunderstood and thought there were four bedrooms instead of three bedrooms with a ballroom that could be turned into a bedroom but didn’t have a door. Nevertheless, we were wonderfully comfortable and we had a fantastic host.

We had a great time and relaxed on the patio. Everything was beautiful and wonderful kitchen. Perfect location. Amy was always available to answer questions and very helpful.

This was a return trip for our family to Sylvia’s Potomac house. Its close enough to DC to enjoy it but far enough for peace and quiet. We have a large family and require wheelchair access and she was very accommodating to our changing needs and had the beds configured as we asked when we arrived. The location is peaceful but jot so remote you cant get delivery services. The house is always well stocked. Sylvia makes staying away from home easier for our family.

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

From the time I made the reservation a few months prior, Joshua was always available and provided very useful information! He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He maintained contact during our stay in a very responsive way, but not intrusive. We highly recommend the farm and beautiful home and Joshua as the host!! We loved this home! The location can’t be beat! A 5 min walk to the heart of Georgetown. The views of the river were spectacular. We enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows. The inside of the home was better than the pictures showed. Especially the second floor living room/bar! Straight out of of a design magazine. The beds were comfortable and had high quality linens. The bathrooms were beautiful. The balconies on each floor allowed fantastic views of the river. You can even see the monuments lit up in the distance. This home deserves to be a guest favorite! We would definitely stay here again!
