I would like to start by saying Angel was a great host!!! very responsive!! Place was very clean and spacious mention to Angel it felt like home. The community in the area was super nice and clean the inside look very luxury according to my liking so I am not mad at that. Balcony was very spacious!!! just wish it had patio furniture or something where we can just sit outside and relax but its okay hopefully you will considered getting some patio furniture in the near future. I am very pleased with my stay I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was 2 little minor things that kind of drove me crazy but I decided to still give Angel a 5 star because it was well deserved. I decided I can just mention these minor things in the next section and hopefully these issues will be resolved the next time I book. Book with Angel you wont be disappointed! great host!

Lauren’s place was clean and had great amenities! The located was perfect for a night out on the town in DC.

Great location, near Metro. Pleasant building. Quiet. If you’re planning to rent a car and park it in the building, it will be helpful to get a small car. Parking spaces are narrow.

We had a great stay . The apartment was great…very clean and neat. It was in the perfect spot for walking to all the places in Shirlington. We enjoyed it way more than staying in the hotel we normally stay at. My only suggestion would be a coffee pot or a Keurig. I did not find one (but I also did not check for that in the amenities before our stay).

My family and I had an exceptional experience at this beautiful location. Our host, Bentley, was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, particularly in accommodating my late guest. The seamless communication and the comfortable and clean environment were highly effective. Notably, I was able to bring my two Maltese dogs, and they thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor walks. The breathtaking panoramic view of the city from the rooftop was truly spectacular. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay at this property, where all our needs were met. We extend our sincere gratitude to Bentley for their unwavering kindness and exceptional responsiveness. We eagerly anticipate returning to this wonderful place.

Great location and very fair price for what we booked. Often, the pictures look better than what you actually get but in this case, all of our expectations were met and I would return/recommend this spot.

Clean, comfortable unit in a large complex with tons of amenities (great gym). Less than 10 minutes drive to DC (Foggy Bottom) and walkable to Metro and Courthouse shops. The host is very responsive. My 2nd time staying and will be back.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Where do I start? This was the most perfect place to stay. From the ease of the check-in process to the amenities offered, this was the best AirBNB experience ever. The room looks even better than in the pictures for starters. It was the perfect amount of space for all 6 of my family members. The amenities offered for the kiddos were a game room, pool, and there were activities for all ages hosted by the resort most evenings. Any kind of restaurant you could think of was within walking distance & some even offered a 10-20% discount for staying in the area. The rooms were clean upon arrival. I had 2 issues during my stay and they were resolved within 5-10 minutes of me texting the provided number. Unheard of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The concierge service even helped us planned our Washington DC activities for the day. I cannot rant and rave enough about this accommodation. Don’t hesitate to book. Do it now!

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.

Rosalyn's House was laid out perfectly, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the gardens outside. The two-tone paint on the walls in the living area and nicely selected art was definitely a step above the average rental house. The Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, and we loved the coffee options. The appliances were top notch. Rosalyn was always available to help us with questions and respond with help. The home was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

Five stars. Great and communicative host, quality amenities, beautiful landscaping, and the in house gym was perfect for a late night workout. Ample parking and conveniently close to the city center.

Jack's place was a perfect place for our extended family to gather for our son's wedding in Arlington. The house was spacious with wonderful air conditioning for the hot weather that we had during the wedding weekend. The house was stocked with plentiful clean and fluffy towels, along with paper goods. The refrigerator had cold water, soft drinks and juice which were great to help with recovery from the heat! The finished basement was very peaceful and our daugher and her husband enjoyed the private bedroom and bathroom there during their short stay with us for the wedding. And, to top it all off, Jack had 2 bottles of wine (thank you!) and a large bowl of Hershey's chocolates to welcome us to the house! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would certainly stay at Jack's Airbnb home if we come to the area again with a large family group.

The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There is a grocery store, drug store and Starbucks within walking distance. The house is very nicely updated and is extremely clean and comfortable. Jamie is very friendly and responsive.

This is a beautiful place to stay, it’s a quiet and lovely neighborhood and the rental house is so tasteful! I loved having access to their rowing machine and washer dryer too! Great light also!

Literally speechless for how much we loved this place. She went above and beyond. You actually feel like a guest in one of a close family friend’s home and not a stranger. I’d love to return! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful home. We appreciated that there were plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out. Excellent showers and all you could need in the kitchen and pantry for the most part. Dominic was very friendly and attentive, and our family had an excellent time and created wonderful memories together!
