It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

We stayed a total of 5 nights and everything was perfect. We arrived at dawn and they came to greet us without any problems. Restaurant and transportation recommendations. Very friendly and caring hosts!

The house is right in the center of Frescata and it has a car parking close by. Perfect for anyone who wishes to tour around Rome.

Very clean place and very organized felt right at home

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Great apartment, and easy to walk to a lot of the neighborhood restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner!

If the location fits the schedule, I would highly recommend it. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. In fact, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in living (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on). But this place was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I've stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits your schedule. The disadvantage is that it's on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

Perfect place to stay in the Castelli Romani area. The apartment is simply delightful—modern and stylish—and, most importantly, it feels like home. The host responds very quickly and is extremely friendly. Moreover, the place was spotless when we arrived.

The stay was great. Communication was very easy and every detail was known before ever stepping foot inside.

Lovely spacious apartment in a gorgeous lively area with lots of character. Close to public transport. Apartment was v spacious and very clue. It was above a bar that was a little noisy on the Friday but it didn’t bother us at all. We would def stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Simona’s place! She was very helpful in navigating the bus system from the airport to her house. The A/C in the bedroom worked great. The bed was on the firmer side. She provided us with everything we needed. We walked about 15 minutes across the river to find supper and felt safe.

Simone place was very conveniently located to FCO airport. It’s a beautiful apartment with modern furniture, and equipped with every thing you may need for your stay. It’s very spacious, and extremely clean. Simone is a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival, provide us with complimentary breakfast items, and offer us whatever information and help we needed. Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.
