Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

Giulia’s place was a nice little gem where I had everything that I needed. I slept well and it was quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and it was in a good location. It’s a close walk to the train station but pack light or take an uber/ taxi if you have a lot of stuff since there are stairs to the apartment and in the walk to get to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the town and location, so if you want a more laid back alternative to being right downtown in Rome, this is great. Also her parents are super lovely and supportive. Giulia is super responsive and takes pride in her space. I’d stay here again 🤗

Estuvimos un total de 5 noches y fue todo perfecto. Llegamos de madrugada y vinieron a recibirnos sin problema. Recomendaciones de restaurantes y de transporte. Anfitriones muy amables y preocupados!

Alloggio confortevole e pulito, situato in una posizione ottimale per visitare Frascati. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza ad un bellissimo parco e la possibilità di trovare parcheggio facilmente. L'host ci ha fornito indicazioni precise per trovare l'alloggio ed accedere con semplicità.

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich unglaublich toll mit Blick direkt auf das Meer. Insbesondere auf der Terrasse haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Direkt unten im Gebäude gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für die Brötchen am morgen, direkt uns Eck ist eine leckere Eisdiele und zum Stand braucht man keine 5 Minuten. Wir können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay in Rome & Federico is an amazing host! He was super responsive and gave us the best recommendations of restaurants and local attractions for our short stay. The apartment was luxurious and in a prime location. Hope to be back soon!

Alessandra’s place was lovely! It was clean and had everything we could need. The grocery store was close by and the train was about a 20 minute walk so getting to Rome was easy. Alessandra offered to pick us up from the station upon arrival which was very kind! We would love to come back if we find ourselves in the area again :)

Lorenzo’s apartment in Fiumicino was beautiful and clean, the area was amazing. 3 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. And 8 minutes from the airport. Lorenzo was very easy to reach and very responsive. he helped us with an early check in, and even helped us arranging transportation to the airport the next day. The only regret was not staying longer in Fiumicino. In just one day we felt in-love with the area This places is 100% recommended.

La experiencia en TT House ha sido sobresaliente. Se adaptaron a la hora tardía de nuestra llegada y nos recibieron amablemente. Las indicaciones de acceso fueron muy claras y la localización si vas en coche es buena, aunque también es recomendable si usas transporte público. Les hôtes sont super gentils et accomodants, ils nous ont transporté de la garre vers le logement et également du logement vers l'aéroport. Ils était très gentils même avec la barrière de language.

This place is perfectly situated in the heart of Castel Gandolfo, offering a brilliant central location. The accommodation was clean, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made the stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in this charming town!

Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
