Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally located home. Here you relax and have skiing, biking as well as hiking trails directly adjacent to the cabin. Detached house of about 50 sqm spread over two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. The VM 8 and the hill right ”outside the door” . This lift that opens first and closes at the end of the day and the season takes you out to all of Åre's magical ski system. Genuine ski in ski out!

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high located with a magnefik view from the terrace in addition to Åreskutan. It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (finished 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Lägenheten har inglasad balkong. Det ingår ett förråd samt garageplats. Avstånd till centrum ca 10 min promenad. 2 min att gå till skidbacken /VM8:an. Parkering i garage under huset. Sängkläder finns till bäddsoffan och självklart är sängen i sovrummet bäddad när ni anländer.
