Hög standard med unika tillval, golvvärme och en svårslagen mysfaktor som verkligen ger den där stugkänslan man vill ha när man åker till fjällen. I princip ski in/ ski out med endast en gångväg på 100 meter till skidbackarna i Tegefjäll / Duved (ingår i Åres liftsystem). 300 meter åt andra hållet hittar ni restaurang, livsmedelsbutik och skidbussen in till Åre (i drift under skidsäsong). Hyrs ut privat av Daniel

Njut av en lyxig upplevelse på detta centralt belägna boende. Här kopplar ni av och har skidåkning, cykling samt vandringsleder i direkt anslutning till stugan. Fristående hus på ca 50 kvm fördelat på två plan med 2 sovrum och badrum med rymlig bastu med utsikt över Åre by. Stor balkong i söderläge med magisk utsikt. VM 8:an och backen direkt ”utanför dörren” . Denna lift som öppnar först och stänger sist på dagen och säsongen tar dig ut till hela Åres magiska skidsystem. Äkta ski-in ski-out!

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Här sover föräldrarna gott i en stor 180 cm säng med barnen i rummet intill. Backen ligger direkt utanför huset och på tomten kan barnen leka medans föräldrarna lagar mat. Här behövs ingen bil, det är endast fem minuters promenad till affär, restauranger, skiduthyrning och tågstation. Skidbussen till Åre går 50 meter från huset.

Det är ski in ski out och en fin och mysig nybyggd lägenhet (klar 2016) med allt ni kan behöva. Både Tegefjälls och Duveds liftsystem (de sitter ihop) ligger strax utanför dörren. It is an amazing house with incredible views and surroundings. Easy access to the slopes at the back of the house. We had a great stay and we will for sure rent Pamela’s house again. She is very responsive and very helpful. We would highly recommend this house for other families.

We stayed for ten days in this house during the month of August 2024. We had a double bed, and each child had their own room. House, very clean, with everything necessary to live for several days. Close by car to shops and access to the various activities possible in the resort. Host very available when we had questions. A very good stay, we recommend this house!

jag firade födelsedag och hyrde huset till min och min systers familj, samt vår mamma och en vän. vi var tio personer, varav fyra barn. huset var perfekt och vi fick gott om plats, fin miljö, gångavstånd till restaurang och egen parkering. bastu varje dag och härlig skidåkning i slutet av mars. rekommenderas starkt ☀️

Mysig lägenhet med jättebra läge! Gångavstånd till liften som öppnar först samt till skidhyra. Boendet var välplanerat och fräscht. Vi trivdes jättebra här. Kommunikation med värd samt incheckning/utcheckning var också smidigt och tydligt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till andra och skulle gärna bo här igen!

Andra året som vi, familj på fyra personer, bor i denna fina stuga, och det lär inte vara den sista . Fredrik och hans fru är oerhört gästvänliga, hjälpsamma och svarar snabbt. Fredrik skjutsade oss till och med till tågstationen på hemvägen. Vi rekommenderar varmt detta fräscha och mysiga fjällboende, med sköna sängar och som ligger smidigt nära skidbussen.

Vi hade en fin vistelse i huset och trivdes väldigt bra. Ljust, fräscht inrett, praktiskt, välutrustat kök, all städutrustning finns. En härlig stuga med mycket plats och rymd. Ligger bara någon meter ifrån fantastiska längdspår. Gillade verkligen närheten till spåren och enkelheten att ta sig in till Åre med bil. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
