Welcome to our cozy 1946 Bungalow home nestled in the trees on our one acre property. You will be staying in the heart of Indiana farmland in a natural country setting, yet only 10-15 minutes from downtown, shopping and restaurants. Our home is stylishly decorated with modern and vintage pieces, giving it a homey, collected over time feel. The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

An outdoor screened porch features a mix of seating options, including a bench and separate chairs. A wooden table is positioned in the center. Natural light filters in through the screen, highlighting autumnal foliage visible through the surrounding trees.

We had a great peaceful weekend at Hannah’s. We enjoyed all day outside and late nights by the fire. Hannah was very informative and attentive. The house has a lot to look at. We had the radio in the kitchen playing all weekend while enjoying cooking our meals. It was great to sit in the living room and enjoy the panoramic view.

The kitchen features dark cabinetry complemented by a spacious marble countertop. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and coffee maker, are visible. Ample lighting brightens the area, highlighting a seamless design that promotes ease of movement and functionality.
