Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arcadia

Janet’s place was so cozy and made us feel at home. All check in details are super clearly written out and photographed - unfortunately I missed them at first because Airbnb’s user interface made it seem like I couldn’t scroll past the door code image. Being from San Francisco, we appreciated the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. Great location and parking onsite was convenient / not too far from the unit itself. My husband and I did have to coordinate a little bit if we both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time as it was a bit of a narrow space, but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. Would definitely recommend!

We rented this Airbnb at the last moment when the Altadena displaced my elderly mother. I wasn't optimistic about finding a nice place given the demand Airbnb was under. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Williams 2-bedroom unit in Alhambra was perfect. It's roomy, comfortably furnished, and impeccably clean. It is a first-floor unit - completely accessible for someone using a walker (including the walk-in showers). William was responsive whenever I needed to contact him, typically answering questions in minutes (during the day, of course!). The location in Alhambra is very close to main street and many, many restaurants. The apartment itself is on a quiet side street and is far enough from the road to be very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want to be in the Pasadena/Alhambra/San Gabriel/... area.

Super expérience, the host is super responsive and the apartment is fantastic, bright and super clean. We will be back for sure!

Manuel was a great host, he was responsive and helped us w any issues. The place was located to a grocery store and many great restaurants. It has nice amenities and was neat and tidy.

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Jason was kind, responsive, and super flexible with my check-in time and date. The apartment itself was super clean and in a cute neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is the wifi isn't super strong; since my friend and I stayed for a festival, we weren't home most of the time so this was not an issue for us but may be for those who are working remotely. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

Tamera’s space is perfect! From the moment we arrived in the neighborhood we were in love! The host was kind and responsive, the house was equipped with everything we needed, and the tenants in the front house were extremely nice (getting to meet their cute dogs made our day) The home felt private and we loved sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful yard. We easily felt at home and would absolutely stay again.

This Airbnb is exactly as the pictures and includes everything I need to stay a few nights. Always quiet and private and clean. Highly recommended 5 stars ⭐️

You know the annoyances that can be part of the AirBnB experience? NONE of them apply here! This was a very well-appointed, well-maintained place. Bigger than the photos make it look. Great water temp and pressure. Excellent towels. Good storage for your clothes and luggage. Easy to find things in the kitchen. Wifi was fast. Easy to find extra blankets. A/C was simple to understand and worked like a charm. I slept well on the comfy mattress in this quiet neighborhood. And Kang was a fantastic host. A keeper, totally.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and other local spots. It felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

Caren's place was very clean. Living room was roomy and clean with a comfortable couch. The bedroom was decent size and the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom stood out as far as cleanliness . The kitchenette has everything I needed for my week long stay ( cooking ware , dishes, pots, coffee maker, etc...) . Finally , the unit and area is quiet and peaceful. The location suited me well since my main commute was to DTLA. In Los Angeles there are not that many options when it comes to having the whole unit to yourself and Caren's place exceeded what I expected when I booked the place.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs while visiting my daughter who lives in Monrovia and this is by far my favorite. The setting was simply magic. My sons kept taking videos of deer walking up to the window. It truly felt like we were the only people in this beautiful oasis, although we were minutes away from civilization. What a rare treat! Greg and Michelle were very responsive to any questions. It also felt very large so everyone had privacy. Big hit with the kids and me!

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!
