Perfect location , very quiet , impeccable cleanliness, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely holiday with Arnaud in beautiful La Teste-De-Buch 😊 The home was absolutely fantastic and was perfectly located with the beach within walking distance and close to Duke du Pilat, which is clearly worth a visit. We felt very at home and Arnaud always responded and helped us with recommendations and help when we were in doubt about something. I highly recommend Arnaud's beautiful house for a future vacation 👌🏼 Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Very friendly, flexible and accommodating host. We had a pleasant stay at Dany's house in Cap Ferret. The location was perfect just a 10 min walk to the beach, absolute calm, surrounded by pine trees and nature. The house, very charming and cozy, has 4 bedrooms, the bedding is very comfortable. We will be back!

We had a great time at Maria's place We were 8 people, we had space. Everything was as advertised and photographed. The hot tub is a real plus! Thanks to Maria

Great stay at Jérôme's place. It is indeed a vacation home, warm. It feels good there. The +: - the location (the neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and the house is located close to a pretty beach). - the house is very well equipped, whether in terms of leisure (impeccable bikes, board games, plancha, lots of kitchen utensils for those who enjoy cooking...). - Perfect communication with Jérôme. The little things to note (which in my eyes are not "downsides" but it's good to know): - access to the two bathrooms is via the bedrooms. - the house seemed slightly smaller in person than in the pictures. In any case, I would recommend it.

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

We experienced a real cocoon of love in this charming accommodation, perfect for a getaway for two. Every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation, and the warm atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. We take beautiful memories with us. An address that we will treasure.

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

The mattress is a little too thin and hard, it's the only small negative point, after that everything else was perfect.

Amazing, unique apartment. Very quiet and private, but still close to neighborhood restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions and shops. Henry is a great host - he was very helpful and friendly, and provided a great list of restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend!

This is a great apartment in the centre of Bordeaux within walking distance of the old parts of town and also near the river where there is a good tram route to some of the major interesting places. We loved the home feel of the place and the sound proofing was great, so that it was quiet despite being on a major road. It never felt too hot even though we had pretty high temperatures while we were there. Bertrand was great with communication and suggestions. All very easy and comfortable. We would definitely return here.

Everything was great. Our only problem was we were there during a holiday weekend and a house over had loud music playing until 5 am and we all had a harder night sleep. The next night they quieted down some. But otherwise location was great.

It was wonderful! First time in Cap Ferret and what a discovery! We loved it! The house was great, cozy and the terrace sunny! We all rode bikes and the location was really ideal between the ocean and the basin and not far from restaurants and shops! We can't wait to come back!!!

Excellent location with very good hospitality. Ideal location in summer, for the beach but a bit far from the shops (bike or car essential). The only complaint about the house that could be made would be the narrow spiral staircase to access the lower floor.

Charming villa tastefully decorated, ideally located in a quiet area at the tip of Cap Ferret. Perfect for a family vacation. Smooth and pleasant communication with the owner.

This is the most beautiful AirBnB we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate, the pool was warm, the hot tub was clean and there were so many lovely touches on arrival, including a bottle of red and white wine and a little bunny rabbit for my little girl. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you can need, including a racelette machine, air fryer and a washer/tumble. The area is amazing, so close to Creon and Bordeaux, surrounded by the most beautiful vineyards- I can’t fault it! Arnaud was the perfect host, so friendly and responsive and helped us so much in the weeks leading up to our stay, contacting various golf courses and restaurants. He also facilitated our early check in at short notice - which was hugely appreciated. This place is an absolute must and we are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much Arnaud for an unforgettable holiday!

Dream location, beautiful house. Highly responsive host, a gas bottle was missing for the barbecue and Marie found us a solution in 45 minutes, in the middle of the evening. I recommend

Beautiful villa ideally located in the Moulleau district. The beach is within walking distance, which is very nice. The house is perfect for a group stay, with a large covered terrace to enjoy outdoor dining. The heated pool is a real plus, and the kitchen is large and fully equipped. Communication with Sylvie was smooth and enjoyable: very responsive and punctual. Perfect stay, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Very nice, cozy, bright villa. The pool is a real pleasure. Very well maintained outdoor area. Time for sharing with the petanque court.
