The Su Murcone cottage is located in BAUNEI, a village on a beautiful hill in the province of Ogliastra, in Sardinia. The municipality of Baunei, despite being in the mountains, is very close to the sea. In fact, just 6 km from the village is one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia, PEDRA LONGA, with a beautiful sea surrounded by real mountains, emerald green water and inviting depths for lovers of snorkeling, swimming or underwater fishing. A few kilometers away, just 10 km away, there is the hamlet of Baunei al mare, Santa Maria Navarrese, the summer residence of the inhabitants of Baunei and also a tourist destination for those who love the sea. The house is an old house in the historic center of Baunei, expertly renovated according to rules of rigorous recovery and enhancement of original environments and materials, but also in compliance with the most modern needs of convenience and comfort. The house is well suited as a summer residence as it allows a stay a few kilometers from the sea in a hilly environment, cool in the evening and restful as it is far from the typical movement of the seaside tourist areas.
