We had a wonderful time in Alessandra's lovingly furnished apartment! The beach is really just a minute's walk away and beautiful (and empty). You can also easily do shopping on foot. The surroundings are fantastic and Alessandra gave us great tips for excursions with children. In the apartment there was everything you needed. We will be happy to come back.☺️☀️

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Very nice holiday apartment five minutes from the beach...the apartment is located in Santa Maria Naverse, a beautiful place with many beaches in the area...I can highly recommend it for families and also for motorcycle tours...thank you Mercedes

Marcello’s home is completely idyllic, we fell in love with the property, the surroundings and his farm animals! We had a totally relaxing and wonderful week’s stay. Marcello was brilliant, very responsive/clear, made lots of local recommendations, including his private picnic spot! Our stay couldn’t have been better, the kids loved it, we loved it. We hope to visit again!

This apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was so quiet and you are close to the coop, pharmacia and several restaurants. It was a perfect place to unwind and refresh.

This was the perfect apartment for us. We have two boys aged 13 and 12 years and there was a good amount of space for us all. It is in a very peaceful residential area but close to everything. My husband and I loved sitting on the large balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the stunning view of the sea and the mountains, with the beautiful scent from the honeysuckle blossoms below filling the air. There is a Spar supermarket just at the bottom of the hill to the left and lots of restaurants in town. Our favourite local beach - Palmasera - was a 5 min walk. It has soft tiny pebbles and lots of space. Cala Gonone was a great base for hiring a boat and exploring the Gulf D’Orosei. Do not hesitate to book here!

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. We felt very comfortable at Gino's. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is new and everything was really very clean. The insect screens were new and the shutters could darken the rooms well. We have rarely experienced this before! We The shower outside and the roof terrace are a dream. You live very quietly here. The sea is close, although we liked Foxi Manna Beach better. Foxi Murgedu has a lot of seaweed currently - is otherwise certainly also great. You can hike in the area! You have to take garbage to the disposal station yourself, that's the way it is in this region, but it's also easy to do. Shopping before check-in makes sense, as you can buy few things directly on site. We were quickly helped with all concerns. We can only recommend the place. There is a cat living at the house.

If you’re heading to Sardegna, I highly recommend Sergio’s place. It is in a great area right near the port, with a beautiful view, and access to everything by foot. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony watching everyone take their morning dip was a highlight of my stay. The restaurants recommended were delicious. The pistachio gelato downstairs was a tasty end to the night. We also enjoyed a boat excursion with the grotte. It was such a nice day hopping around to all the different beaches. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I hope to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The flat was very nice—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We love this place! It’s very quiet with a beautiful view and close to the charming town we fell in love with. We had a wonderful time here, just a short distance from a beautiful coast and great restaurants.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

We had a great stay and felt right at home in the apartment. It is spacious, right next to the grocery store and we had free parking right in front. The hosts were very responsive and helped us book our boat rental which was the best way to see the coast. Strongly recommend and we would love to come back:)

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. We had a simply exceptional stay at Teresa and Sandro's! Everything that is indicated on the listing is not only true, but better! The house is super well-equipped: everything works perfectly, the TV, hot water, wifi, there is everything to cook, sleep, beach, outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing when returning from the beach. We went to at least five beaches, all beautiful and less than 15 minutes away! The accommodation is perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, and we felt at home from the first minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, the parking is private, and the hosts are lovely: warm welcome, ultra-fast communication, and even small touches like a bottle of wine and gifts. Tortolì is a beautiful city with lots to discover, between nature, sea, gastronomy and walks in the center. The location is ideal for a successful vacation: everything is accessible, everything is beautiful. Thank you so much ☀️

Everything about it was great! Starting with Daniela, she was super attentive and nice... the self check in was super simple and well instructed. The house is beautiful!! Well equipped kitchen, Daniela even left some oil and and coffee which was super helpful. Spacious lounge are that has a TV so we could watch movies at night :) Super comfy bed and loved the balcony, from where you can see the mountains in one side and the sea on the other side. Also, 2 minutes walk to the sea and a supermarket right in front!! 10/10 to Daniela's house!
