Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

"La Torre" (The Tower) is located in the historic center of Baunei, with attention to every detail respecting the Sardinian tradition without sacrificing the maximum comfort. The house is on three levels, equipped with Wi-Fi, has three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and a terrace for the exclusive use of guests, equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. All rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning and a mini fridge. The internal kitchen is fully equipped.

The holiday home "Loft Pina" is located in Arbatax and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The home features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Children are allowed.
