Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arbatax

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Sabrina hat sehr schnell geantwortet, hat uns geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr privat, auch wenn über einem noch andere wohnen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist sehr idyllisch. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen aber das hat auch keine Probleme dargestellt. Sabrina ist eine Top Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Giuseppina was so friendly and accommodating. This place is situated in a small village away from the big cities, and holds a very special charm. Perfect for a short stay!

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

Le logement de Marco était super, très propre, avec un exterieur très bien aménagé où il était très agréable de profiter de la fraîcheur de soirée. Bien équipée dans l'ensemble et cadre agréable. Mais malheureusement de l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée où nous étions, nous n'avions pas de vue sur la baie comme indiqué. Difficile également de se rendre au centre ville "à deux pas" sauf pour les grands sportifs ! Mais si on a une voiture, le coin est super joli avec plein d'activités

Notre séjour chez Lucia a été merveilleux. Nous avons été très bien reçus et l'appartement, à côté de la maison de Lucia est spacieux avec un grand jardin et des jeux pour enfants. C'était idéal pour notre bébé de 9 mois. Nous avons même pu faire des lessives et profiter de la générosité de Lucia qui nous a offert des petites commodities et de délicieuses fraises de son potager. Si vous voyager en famille, nous vous recommandons de vous arrêter chez Lucia pour quelques nuits. Les plages sont magnifiques et beaucoup moins fréquentées.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (z. B. Fliegengitter :) und hat einen schönen Garten dabei. Strände, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar und sogar ein paar Wanderungen kann man direkt vor dem Haus beginnen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und Daniela und ihre Familie sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

What a beautiful place! We loved the entire home and its vintage feel. Fabiano is very responsive helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time in the house and hopefully we will be back soon. The house is very close to the ocean. Thanks so much for having us ❤️

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Durante il soggiorno di una settimana nella splendida casa di Silvana è stato un po' come sentirsi a casa. La posizione è davvero di facile accesso, comodissima anche per gli spostamenti a piedi. Nel raggio di pochi km in auto è possibile visitare tantissime spiagge bellissime e molto caratteristiche. Silvana è una persona gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Consigliamo il suo alloggio!!

Per la seconda volta abbiamo avuto il piacere di poter trascorrere tre settimane magnifiche e pacifiche.e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra un grazie particolare a Marcella e Angelo che ci hanno accolti come amici di vecchia data. Arrivederci Sardegna bella.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Agnese war wunderbar . Der Blick vom Balkon und die ruhige Umgebung sind an dieser Unterkunft besonders wertvoll. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile a Cardedu, in Sardegna, grazie all’ospitalità eccezionale di Stefano, un host davvero impeccabile. Fin dal primo contatto, si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e flessibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con un sorriso e una professionalità rara. Prima ancora di arrivare, Stefano ci ha fornito dettagli completi sulla casa e sui dintorni, consigliandoci attività imperdibili, luoghi da visitare e ottimi ristoranti. È stato come avere una guida locale personale! La casa era semplicemente perfetta: pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e attrezzatura necessaria per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Abbiamo apprezzato la cura nei dettagli e l’attenzione che Stefano ha riservato per assicurarsi che tutto fosse in ordine. Siamo stati accolti come vecchi amici, e grazie a Stefano abbiamo potuto vivere la Sardegna al meglio. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bella vacanza!

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die nicht einsam, aber dennoch sehr ruhig lag mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer mit Sonne am Vormittag vorne und am Nachmittag hinten im kl. Garten. Tolle Lage am Berghang. Die Kommunikation mit Christian und Fabrizia war super nett😊💕 und Christians Mama hat uns nett auf Deutsch begrüßt! Sehr praktisch und gemütlich. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen👍Danke für alles!

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Pasamos muy buen tiempo en Cerdeña. Nos encantó la ubicación de la casa, cerca de la playa pero también del monte. La casa está en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, cerca de carreteras con las que se accede rapidamente a los otros pueblos. La terraza de la casa es maravillosa, perfecta para tomar un café por las mañanas con una maravillosa vista. Sergio fue siempre muy amable y respondio rapidamente a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver y recomendar!

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft - vier Erwachsene und vier Kleinkinder. wir fanden eine schöne und einfache Unterkunft. Ivo hat schnell und präzise auf Fragen reagiert und war zeitlich sehr flexibel - wir haben uns beim Check-in und Check-out etwas verspätet, was kein Problem war. Lieben Dank!

Sehr gute Lage, in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, perfekt für Familien mit kleine Kinder. Keine größere Stadt oder ähnliches in der Nähe. Supermarkt und Pizzeria auch ohne Auto gleich um die Ecke. Patrizia ist sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus von Irene. Es liegt sehr ruhig, auch wenn man im Frühjahr mit täglichen Mäharbeiten im Tal rechnen muss. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen robusten Möbeln. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich mit großem Grill. Das WiFi ist okay aber die Bandbreite variiert nach Tagesform zwischen 4 und 30 MBits im Download, was manchmal etwas herausfordernd fürs mobile arbeiten war. Was wir verbessern würden ist der Kühlschrank, der sehr sehr laut ist und uns jeden Abend beim Ausruhen auf der Couch genervt hat. Das Bett hat eine Liegefläche von 1,90 sodass wir als großes Pärchen getrennt schlafen mussten. Ein 2m langes Bett ohne Fußteil wäre besser gewesen. Vorsicht auch vor den Spitzen Steinen auf der Auffahrt, leider haben wir uns beim Rangieren einen Reifen aufgeschlitzt. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft empfehlen und danken Irene für Ihre Gastfreundschaft

Das Haus ist grosszügig, hat grosse Räume. Wir haben die drei Nasszellen geschätzt. Auch die Gartenplätze vor und hinter dem Haus und die Terrasse sind einladend. Den Kaffee aus der Kolbenmaschine war köstlich. Ein Geschirrspüler würde bei grösserern Feriengästegruppen sinnvoll sein. Unser Mietauto konnten wir auf den dazugehörigen Parkplatz stellen und das Tor zur Strasse hin schließen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen und geschätzt.
