Rainforest paradise at its best! we're escaped to Andrews place before the region flooded. What a magical place to be stranded! Comfy, classy and peaceful. Thank you Andrew for sharing your space.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at Mill Cottage. The location was great with beautiful views and close to everything. I highly recommend and we would definitley stay again in the future.

Lovely little apartment with a beautiful sea view and very quiet. It has a lovely sunny patio and you can watch the sun rise over the water. The position is great and only a short walk to the beach and town. Very comfortable bed and lovely quality linen. Great provisions including lovely homemade biscuits, great selection of teas, muesli and lots of pantry staples. Debra was great to deal with and provided lots of local information. Thanks for a very relaxing stay and all the little extras provided.

Thanks so much for hosting us- what a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed the house which was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Check in: out was simple, and we had a great instruction manual which gave us great ideas of things to do in surrounding areas. The kids LOVED being able to fish off the property and are keen to come back. Thanks again guys ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqui and Peter’s place. The view is amazing and it’s lovely to be able to hear the ocean. There house was easily accessible to the main town of Scott’s head and it was well equipped for kids. We will definitely be back again!

we really enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. it was as advertised and we appreciated the thoughtful touches with the fresh milk and water in the fridge. Great place to spend a few days, although we were just there for the night. Highly recommend Christine's place!

We keep coming back here when we stay in Sawtell and it doesn’t disappoint. Great place to stay, lovely location and helpful host. Will be back!

Bob and Gail's place was perfect for our two night stay in Port Macquarie. We are breakfast outside in their garden area listening to the birds, and in the evening we walked into town to find a good restaurant. The bed is comfortable (and huge!), the place is well thought out and nicely decorated with a big comfy couch and large kitchen. Bob made a point of coming out to say hello when he saw us on the first morning, and it's a friendly chatty nice fella. Bonus - if you like bats, a short walk up Glebe close just five minutes walk down from the Airbnb leads to a path into a forest area (at each junction turn left) where flying foxes roost during the day. There's literally hundreds of them there, and they all wake up and fly off at dusk. Great to watch. We thoroughly recommend Bob and Gail's place.

Beautiful private place. Exactly as described. Hosts were super friendly and even provided some free packets of cereal and oats, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. TV had Netflix available for guests.

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

Beautiful location, short drive to all the local attractions as well as the Coffs Harbour town. Well equipped kitchen facilities & lounge room upstairs from ground level bedroom/bathroom. Faces East, so plenty of light. Good views of the beaches/surf from upstairs. Aircon upstairs and in the single bedroom downstairs. Open air parking right outside the unit. Good amenities as bbq area/tennis court beyond which is the beach access via walkway over a small pond frequented by water birds. Don’t recommend swimming off this beach though. Good for walks only. Nice overall.

This accommodation has one of the best views I’ve ever seen! Waking up with a view of Crescent Head was incredible. Christine has put so much thought into everything in the apartment that you feel right at home as soon as you walk in! I will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Great little place. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. Bonus points for a well-stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and crockery! Even a sharp knife, which is a rarity! Very walkable to town and the beach, even with kids. Literally 3 minutes. The pool is not heated for those wondering, so it was sub 15 degrees in June. No air con or heating so the night was a bit chilly in the cold snap but there were enough blankets to keep warm! Loved the balcony! We had a great time and the complex was quiet and calm. Perfect for a family with young kids, especially in summer it would be fantastic!

Absolutely lovely beach-side stay, lots of natural light inside and kept very clean. Cafe, restaurants and chemist within short walking distance. Photos are accurate, homely feels and simple instructions/guest book details. Will book again.

Great location, views were amazing. Very welcoming & easy communication. Beds were super comfy too with everything needed to enjoy our stay.

Ken’s unit is spacious, full of natural light and very comfortable to relax in. The outlook that sweeps around the living area is just stunning. What you get to enjoy on a one hour loop from the house is Equally amazing. We loved it.

I booked this apartment last minute and it was great!!! It’s a lot more spacious than it appears in the photos and really cozy. AMAZING views from the apartment being on the 5th floor. I think it probably has some of the best round views you can get in holiday accommodation there. I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view for half the day. Some of the decor was like a time time warp to the 80s which I also loved! Very clean tidy cosy but spacious. Easy walk to cafe or beach or dine out.
