Vacation rentals with a sauna in Apulia

My husband & I loved our stay in Monopoli. Andrea’s suite was lovely & spacious & in the perfect location right by the old town! Would definitely come back 🩷

The place we booked was not the apartment we ended up in. The host contacted us a few days before and asked us to change to a different apartment. The first one offered wasn't appropriate for small children and didn't have enough beds so they offered a very large and beautiful apartment. It was even more beautiful than our original booking. The place was an oasis, absolutely beautiful. We loved it. Our only issues were the initial worry about changing apartments as we were worried we would be without one but that was fine in the end and actually worked out better. The fact we were given the wrong address, so we drove around for half an hour waiting for a response with the correct location. And because the host changed our apartment, there was a differing check out time, so they expected us to leave 2 hours prior to what was on airbnb and hadn't informed us until the morning. Again, this ended up fine because we just got ready to leave whilst the cleaner was cleaning.

I took a chance on this Airbnb despite it having only one review—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I booked, Davide was responsive and made check-in seamless. The apartment is beautiful—modern, spotless, and truly feels like a luxury stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is spa-like with a soaking tub and steam shower, and everything was impeccably clean. We especially loved the two balconies for morning coffee. The location is perfect: a peaceful, quiet neighborhood just outside the tourist center. You can walk to downtown in 20–35 minutes or catch the #22 bus just one short block away. Coming back, it drops you off steps from the door. The bus is easy to use with contactless card payment.There’s a cozy café right across the street and several grocery stores and produce vendors nearby. Best of all, the area feels authentic—surrounded by locals rather than tourists. Davide’s hospitality and this lovely apartment made our stay in Bari unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay and wished we had booked for longer! Antonio communicated with us very well prior to our stay and was contactable throughout. Antonella was very helpful in and around the property. The location was just what we wanted and we made ourselves at home . The property had everything that we needed. A real gem . Thank you.

Really fantastic room. The host was always available. We had dinner at the restaurant and everything was delicious. Highly recommended. Only advice, in order to avoid negative reviews, the host is very willing to fill the hot tub before arrival. With us, they did. Also because it takes about 40 minutes to fill up.

Host was very kind and helpful. He told us about the local fresh pasta store and provided maps and directions to all the nearby sites. The apartment has everything you need and the secure private parking is great. The apartment is about 15 minutes to the historic downtown and Sassi. This town is like no other. We highly recommend a visit to this location.

We stayed at the Holidu apartment for just one night during a short trip to purchase a car, but even this brief stay was truly relaxing. The corner jacuzzi tub, infrared sauna, and rooftop terrace make an exceptional combination for unwinding. The place is well-equipped and comfortable, and we left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city or the surrounding area.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I went to Bari for work, I found the accommodation well-stocked and well-connected by means of transport! The house is cozy and fragrant and the sauna is a touch of class. It's great to be able to relax at the end of the day in a spa INSIDE THE HOUSE!! In addition, there is a supermarket very close to home and a butcher shop at the beginning of the super good road! I will definitely be back, the hosts Giulia and Alessio are super attentive to details and available for any problems or advice!

what an amazing place !!!!!! . it was our first time to Monopoli and been situated just a 20min walk to the old town and access to the number 1 & 3 bus meant you can get to the town's train station very easily and cheaply the accommodation is well presented and very clean and tidy and all facilities worked. The washing machine down stairs was a real treat as it meant we could have packed less clothes . The bed was very comfortable and as the weather was very and hot we didn't need to use the sauna. There are 2 great supermarkets only a 2 minute walk away so all your food/drink needs are sorted. three areas number of small beaches nearby, some are free while others charge ( 30e for 2beds and an umbrella A special mention must go out to our contact ANNA who was so helpful with local information regarding restaurants/buses/ shopping. her response to any query was always prompt and helpful. can't wait to go back next year )

A lovely , comfortable, spacious apartment, with a small, sunny & private terrace. Well located in a quiet street, but very close to amenities. We really enjoyed our time here. Easy walking to attractions & to the station.

Breakfast was served each morning in a beautiful basket and they provided touches of their Apulian culture with information about the area and small gifts. The apartment is a little gem to relax in. Sauna and Jacuzzi are the strongest points, despite the fact that the upper floor is also very comfortable and cute. Small inconveniences handled by the host suddenly, being helpful and friendly.

Apartment on the hill, beautiful view, quiet. We felt pampered. Mrs. Giovanna is always helpful and considerate. Among the services offered, the boat trip to visit the caves is to be tried, both for the beauty and for the passion that Francesco puts into telling.

We had such a lovely time at the villa, my family and I thought that it was a superb place to stay. The layout, design and the pool area was fabulous. It was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations. Giurdignano itself was a wonderful village and we were made to feel very welcome there. The people at the local restaurant, sports bar, bakery and supermarket (and the tourist office which organised bikes for us) were fabulous. Special mention to Marcel who worked at the supermarket and restaurant, he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable… and was excellent at wine recommendations. Emanuela and her husband Flávio were on hand immediately when we occurred a power shortage.. all sorted very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

After we arrived in Ruvo, the reservation was canceled in another suite and so I immediately booked that of Mariarosa, what can I say, reservation sent at 5:00 pm and 5:40 pm we were already in the house. The house was very welcoming and clean, Mariarosa was very kind and very helpful, too bad for the short stay, I recommend it to everyone at least one weekend, it is worth it, see you soon...

Apartment much nicer in person than in the photos. Professional and impeccable host, nothing left to chance. Perfectly functioning hot tub and sauna. Clean and tidy spaces. Comfortable bed and pillows. We lacked the necessities to clean the house (broom, various detergents) but I'm sure if we had asked for them they would have provided them without problems. For those who plan to cook, the cookware offered is the essential kind, but in the end it was not such a striking problem as to create discomfort and the kitchen was perfectly functional and quite comfortable for cooking. Great experience, perfect for those who want to pause their routine and relax a little. We really appreciated the welcome snacks and the excellent breakfast offered at the bar. Would I go back? Yes, definitely.

Beautiful house with a beautiful terrace. By car close to beautiful beaches. We were lucky to be in the village when there was a village party which was an amazing way to discover the village. We really enjoyed staying here.

Gianluca is a really nice host. He gave to us a lot of typical restaurants names, activities, beautiful places. The house is wonderful, everything is well thought out, barbecues, sunbathing, big table, … everything is beautiful in this house. And you can discover the typical Trulli to sleep like a real Pugliese and learn all about this tradition. You gonna live a nice trip, in a beautiful place, eating the best food, olives oil, wine etc … Thanks again to Gianluca, we will go back for sure. Grazie mille Gianluca.

The location of the house is wonderful, in an olive grove, with a lovely view - peacefull and quiet. The house is very modern and has just been done up very nicely. It is 10 mins to Manfredonia... where I went for breakfast. And also very close to Mattinata, where I went for dinner. Both had very good food. Best of all, Margherita helped me so much with all my plans, giving me taxi numbers and showing me hiking routes. I had come to do the hike up to Monte Sant'Angelo. She showed me a way marked route. I often think that it is the people that really make a place special. And this was certainly the case, with Margherita who was wonderful at helping. She also told me of another walk, which I did. I also loved the pets (dogs and cats) who were very friendly. As I leave my own pets behind, it is nice to have new 4 legged friends.

Lovely location with close/easy access to many of the things we wanted to see in the region. Staff was friendly and the pool/sauna were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Loft900 in Monopoli. Tommaso, our exceptional host, was always responsive and incredibly helpful. The property looked exactly like the photos and made for a relaxing and beautiful retreat. The old town and the best of Monopoli are just a stone’s throw away.
