Monthly Rentals in Applewood

This is my second time staying here, and it will not be the last. Lynn's place is very comfortable and has everything I need. She's great to work with also. And, if you're looking for a place with more than one bed and your concerned about the futons, let me tell you.... They are super soft! I've never seen futons so soft and comfy to sleep on.

host was very kind and responded super quickly. the studio was private and had great amenities. the only thing I wish was improved was it was very easy to hear conversations and TV noise from the neighboring tenants. however when I brought this to the host, they were very proactive. great experience!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The space is comfortable and beautifully decorated with obvious attention to details. It had all the amenities needed to cook and eat and launder so was perfect for my 2-week stay. The apartment is private and quiet and was conveniently located to where I needed to be. The home is in a peaceful, lovely neighborhood with many walking options. The hosts were respectful and responsive and professional. I highly recommend this space and will stay here again anytime I’m in the area.
