A path and stairs lead to the private entrance of the newly renovated apartment in a chic retro beach style, with a full bath, and a small but functional kitchen. It is quiet and only 1 block away from restaurants, shops, and parks in downtown Apalachicola. Suitable for a couple but has a comfortable standard sized sofa for a third person or a child. Golf cart rental available for an additional fee. Message host.

Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Hang-up your keys & walk to waterfront restaurants, shops, pubs, churches, museums, marinas & fresh seafood markets! NOTE: daily rate is based on 2-person occupancy. Additional rates apply for more than 2 guests. Max 8 persons. Pet Fee of $100 pp for preapproved pet (dog only) Guests will be provided with a Lease Agreement upon booking

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
