You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This renovated camper is situated on a canal-front lot on SGI. Our place boasts the largest saltwater pool and hot tub on the island, complete w/waterfalls that back up to a 60 foot dock. There is an outside shower, fire pit, free kayaks and canoe & water entrance. The RV has a bathroom, kitchen & shower as well. Although you may have to share the pool space, there’s still plenty of privacy for everyone. Nice golf cart for rent, too! Pet fee for 1 pet

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place in Port St. Joe. The area was beautiful and not overly crowded. We enjoyed exploring each day and the home was clean, well decorated, and just as described. The complex was well maintained and conveniently located. Kevin was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area and would choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean and nicely decorated! It was a quiet area as well. If you like to cook and not eat out for every meal, there are plenty of nice dishes and pots and pans to cook with (definitely nicer pots and pans compared to other places we’ve stayed). Very close to beaches and the downtown area. The upstairs balcony was super nice to enjoy our morning coffee. Great place for kids! We had no issues and would definitely recommend!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Mexico Beach! The house was lovely and spacious, steps to the beach or pool. The beach was beautiful, quiet, and family friendly. There are fun shops and food trucks within walking distance, but we also enjoyed the short trip to Port Saint Joe for additional options. We would totally come back to this location and to this house! Thanks for a great stay!

We have a great time!! Timo was wonderful host. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. The Game room and the electric scooters was a great plus. We enjoyed the pool so much. Everything you need for a getaway is there. We loved that we get to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at the beach. We highly recommend the place for sure.
