Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

This beautiful, cozy, 1000 SqFt, 1 level condo is located in Sunland Village, a community for those aged 55 and older only . On-site amenities include pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball and much more. The condo has a covered outdoor eating area and a BBQ. Close to downtown Mesa, hiking, biking, golfing, spring training venues, museums, and more. Condo is fully furnished including pots pans dishes utensils spices and a coffee maker including coffee.

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

Dinosaur Mountain, Sidewinder and Gold Canyon Golf Resort are 5 minutes away. You could also hunt for the Gold of the Lost Dutchman or chase ghosts at Goldfield Ghost Town. The Dolly Steam Boat is one of my favorite outing at Canyon Lake and then head down to Tortilla Flats for a burger.

This house was renovated and completely furnished in February 2020 and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.
