It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. Previous guests have been lured here for the village of Taillebourg which is steeped in history with plenty of walking, hiking and cycling in and around the village.

Take a break at this detached studio attached to our house. It comes with a sofa bed. The entrance is totally independent, it overlooks a small terrace and a watercourse ( noise from the flow of water, wildlife and nature).
