Vacation rentals with a patio in Ann Arbor Township

This place is so cute and exactly as pictured from the listing. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in!

Amanda’s place was a great spot to sleep in for the night while coming to Detroit to see a show.

This place was perfectly located with lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The Riverwalk and casino were both situated in the same area. Well worth taking a trip to Canada 🇨🇦. Highly recommended 🤗

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

Great spot.. small, quaint, peaceful.. little creek and patio.. Not a lot of room but everything that's needed for one and his pup.. A stones throw to a great main street and super restaurants ..

This was a great Airbnb for University of Michigan graduation weekend. I loved hearing the frogs outside when I would get back from Ann Arbor at night. It was very relaxing. Only a 30 minute drive to campus on heavy traffic times.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

A great Airbnb in downtown Kerrytown/A2. The place is clean and roomy. The host is responsive and friendly. We loved all the books in the house! Thank for cherries!

Great place to stay! This was perfect for our group’s visit to Ann Arbor and UofM. The house was amazing with plenty of room and a nice comfortable feel. Plus, the location could not have been better for exploring the area and campus. I would definitely stay the next time we are in town… and it would be perfect for a UofM game in the fall. Betty’s lake house was great for our trip. She prepared lots of goodies for us and was quick to respond and extremely flexible and accommodating! My favorite part was coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful view and fishing from her large pier area. The house is very spacious and welcoming. It is on a very busy road so it was a bit loud at times but the peacefulness on the deck seemed to make the noise less distracting. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway! This Airbnb is one of my favorites that I have stayed in. It was very accommodating. I was surprised at all the little details they included to ensure you felt welcomed. More than enough towels and linens and toys for my kids.

We loved staying at Greg’s for our visit to Ann Arbor for the weekend! We had two small toddlers with us and the playground across the street was an amazing asset to our stay! Greg also graciously put out a pack and play for us when I messaged him a few hours before our arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.
