Tranquil Farmhouse - Kerrytown Historic District

This is a complete, private apartment with two private entrances in a duplex house. It is on the first floor of the building and the entrances are on the side and back. The upstairs unit enters at the front of the building. The description says 'entire place' but that means entire first floor, totally private. Newly renovated space with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style with touches of m odern and all original abstract expressionism art by owner. The entire floor is available for you only. Also, we have a Guesthouse upstairs with a door that connects. Of course, you control the lock on your side of the door! If you rent both guesthouses and open the door between we can sleep 10! I am available by text or phone most anytime. 734-476-0101. Across the street is the Kerrytown Market and Shops, while the Ann Arbor Farmers Market is just a stone's throw away. A private space is provided for parking but there is a bus line a block away as well. Street parking and parking lots within the block. We have provided ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper. Remember you are in downtown Ann Arbor and street noise is common although it does quieten down as the night progresses as most everything is closed on the street except for a bar three doors down.

Our urban farm is a peaceful setting close to everything, but out of the student district. A guest (Cleanliness QC for a Hotel Chain) said it is one of the cleanest places he’d stayed.
