This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.

Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout , this gorgeous bungalow is in a peaceful location but just a few minutes from Hessle Square and all the excellent local facilities. This spacious 2 bedroom property with parking is very well placed for access routes into the City Centre and out to the Coast beyond, and is in close proximity to all the businesses along the A63 corridor and the wider area. A truly wonderful home from home in which to stay and relax.

Had a great stay at James’ place for a friends birthday, was in perfect walking distance to bars / restaurants but then was also very quiet overnight. The house was very clean and tidy and beds were very comfortable, would definitely stay again.

I have stayed with Ika and Dan many times and always have a great time. Would definitely recommend staying at their home.

lovely place, very clean and tidy. WiFi was very fast. Hope very kindly left us fresh bread and milk for our stay. Information booklet was very informative and helpful , wifi details need updating as was different to the booklet details. would definitely recommend Hope to anyone and will look to stay here again.

Absolute gem of a stay! Such a clever extension, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed to have everything you need and with loads of beautifully crafted items. Pru gave us eggs, bread, homemade lemon curd and some other bits when we arrived which was such a nice touch. Very clear instructions, recommendations for the local area and very responsive to our questions. It was our first stay away on our own with our 10 week old, and Pru provided a beautiful (handmade!) moses basket for our baby to sleep in as well as a little basket of sensory toys for her, which she loved! She was kind about the crying and the space felt very separate from the house due to the use of the porch to split into two houses. I would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Unique and beautiful space close to Hull, Beverley and an easy drive to the coast.

Thank you very much Sahrah! Was very clean and tidy, felt like home. The house is really close to a bus stop and so many nice pubs and restaurants. Really recommend the Afghan restaurant 10min walk from the house and Bempton cliffs reserve. Would love to come back again! Take care❤️
