2nd month a very happy stay location very good

A great stay for a short family trip. The flat is a lower ground floor basement flat but doesn’t lack light and is spotlessly clean inside. Great location, close to the town centre and local immunities. Cannot fault our stay. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly and without any fuss.

Comfortable, clean, cozy great location! I would stay again at Arfan's place.

We had a fantastic stay at Stacy/Gregs place! It’s a peaceful, scenic spot that gave us (and our dogs) the perfect break from the hustle and bustle. The property was spacious, spotless, and really well set up for dog owners. The private courtyard was a standout feature—fully secure and perfect for letting the dogs enjoy some fresh air safely. The bed was super comfy too, which made for a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the area. Stacy was a brilliant host—friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about both two- and four-legged guests. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Absolutely loved Andreas place. 💕Comfortable, spotless clean, cosy, lovely bedrooms, everything needed in the kitchen, nice coffee machine, teapot, coffee, teabags, jams etc, great outdoor space getting the sunshine 😊 Milk and bread for us to have which was a saviour on the Friday night after a walk back from music bars. Great location, 2 mins walk to main street. Very sad to leave, would definitely book another stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ + and more.

Fantastic apartment, immaculate with everything you need for an overnight stay. Parking near by is easy and a short pleasant walk in to Dundee.

Realllllly special one.. magical, cosy interior (and fireplace!) and lovely grounds to walk around. Love the little crow’s nest balcony overlooking the forest. Super easy check in and great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will be back again I’m sure !

This property was excellent, had everything we needed. The hot tub was great! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good for us, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside furniture etc, but if it had been better we probably wouldn't have had to leave the property at all. Would definitely recommend this property and Emma was very good at responding to any questions I had. 5*

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Lots to do if especially if you love the outdoors. The accommodation was comfortable and had great space for all guests to enjoy. If you are looking for somewhere clean, peaceful and private, I would highly recommend the accommodation.

Spotless house with plenty space. The location was ideal for our needs. You can choose where to shop, either en route or at the local Tesco. The walk along the estuary was brilliant for the cockapoo. He loved it.

This is a fantastic house for a large family getaway. Louise was very helpful and responsive and very kindly had a birthday card, balloon and chocolate for a special birthday. There is a lot of room for all of our family and the kitchen/ family area is superb. Easy walk into the town centre or to the supermarket/nice restaurant in other direction.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had every amenity and it was close to all the places we wanted to go. Mark and Gordon were really helpful and friendly with any questions we had. Thanks so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious property! I visited with my family, including two young children, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The check-in process was super easy and stress-free, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The hot tub was a real highlight—so relaxing and set in such a peaceful countryside setting. We didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ this time, but it looked great and we’ll definitely plan to use it on our next visit. Overall, it was a perfect family getaway. Highly recommend and we’d love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place. It was beautifully furnished, spacious and externally was very appealing. Located in extensive grounds it is approached by a long driveway and it was a pleasure to see red squirrels and pheasants along with an assortment of other birds. We would undoubtedly choose to stay there again should we be in the area.

Our family of four had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Bank in Edzell. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped, homely and perfect for our needs. The host Laura was very proactive and responsive in her communications. We would certainly stay here again and have already recommended The Bank to friends and family.

Near to everything,town beach bars and restaurants couldn’t be in a better location,Gemma left provisions and treats very thoughtful

Keith place is beautiful and serene! The decor is very tasteful and super comfortable. It is rural but very close to Dundee for shopping and eating but the kitchen is fully equipped in case you choose to eat in. We enjoyed wandering their property and saw our first Highland coos! we left the next day feeling recharged for our onward journey. wonderful place!

We had the best time!! Gorgeous property and outlook and such a warm and helpful host. Perfect for relaxing, as well as great for children with river walk, rustic patio, outside cooking option, hot tub, cosy lounge with window seat, lovely bedrooms and eat in kitchen. Really appreciated the quality children’s toys and a fabulous walk thru bluebell woods up to the most amazing tree rope swing ever. We all want to go back :)

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel last minute but up to that point the host was 100% perfect very responsive and communicative. Will definitely try to book for another time.
