Our stay here was amazing! If your looking for a relaxing break away this is the place the surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful we visited a few monuments in the surrounding areas and the place as a whole was amazing would definitely book here again the host was very helpful and they had really thought of everything to make it the perfect break away

Our stay at the cottage was lovely. Ashley was quick to respond when we were having trouble with the WIFI . It was so peaceful and managed to spot a dear as we arrived. Would highly recommend. Colin, Michael &Lina.

This cottage is wonderful. It's very cozy, has everything one could want including a big hot tub in a very secluded garden. We have dogs and because the garden is surrounded by stone walls and fences, it was perfect to let them wonder while we were in the hot tub. Very secluded and secure garden. The area is just idyllic. Two minutes away from Auchmittie and in the middle of beautiful countryside and so close to great beaches too. The hosts were excellent in all aspects too.

Sophie was a wonderful host and very responsive both whilst booking and during the stay. The house is gorgeous, very well equipped and much larger than expected- a great space for everyone from my young children to my elderly grandmother! It is in beautiful surroundings with lovely walks and towns and beaches nearby. Well worth the visit and we would definitely return.

We had a great time at Bekki’s place. Plenty room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed. Her instructions were clear. The garden is private. We had a BBQ and ate in the lovely tiki hut. The hot tub was brilliant! Bekki was very friendly and replied to my messages immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage, with amazing views and lovely local walks. Great place for people with dogs as very safe. Hot tub and fire pit in the garden, plus cafes within walkable distance also made it fun our teenager. Perfect place if you're looking for a peaceful, stress free break.

My family and I are just home from an amazing long weekend at the Horse Stalls. The place was absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and private yet close to some lovely little towns and even a day trip to St Andrews was easy to do. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Extra touches like fresh milk and eggs were very much appreciated when we arrived. We used the hot tub and the tennis court which we loved. We had a look at the gym too which looked amazing, just didn’t manage to use it! Overall I would absolutely recommend staying here, the hosts were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. We hope to be back one day.

Fantastic host, great location, peaceful with lots of beautiful walks in the area. Having lived in Dundee for 3 years and returning to visit friends the welcome booklet had recommended activities we didn’t even know about. Our dog Milo was so happy with the private secure garden. I was in awe with the interior design and will be taking some ideas for our own home 😃 if we ever need to return to Angus/Fife area we will be rebooking. 10/10 would recommend ! more Air b&bs like this please every wholesome experience thanks so much 🙂

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay; clean, comfortable, really well equipped with lots of little extras which made it stand out. Just one little suggestion would be to provide some information on local attractions and places to visit. Jacqueline was super helpful when we needed her help and overall a fab place to stay.

The location was superb, very relaxing. My husband did mention the corkscrew would benefit from an upgrade.

Spent a great couple of nights in the cottage. The cottage was very clean and cosy with the added bonus of the wood burning stove. The location was good for local pubs and surrounding area of the glens for walks and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic cottage! It’s perfectly located right by a beautiful path ideal for walking or cycling. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential equipment, and the space is just right for a group of 7. The sauna was a real highlight, such a great way to relax after a full day outdoors. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort and nature in one spot

We liked the modern decoration and all the thoughtful touches, such as biscuits, coffee, bathroom bits etc.

The cottage was so homely and had everything we needed. The view of the castle and the sea was stunning. The host, Steve popped over to say hello and check if we were happy with everything which was a lovely touch. The kids loved being so close to Broughty Ferry beach and Park which is just a five minute walk from the cottage. Having a pub with great food next door was handy too but the cottage had everything you needed to have a cosy night in and cook. We can't wait to go again next year.

Was a last minute stay between travelling and staying over. Craig was super quick to respond, less than 10 minutes which was great as we needed to get on the road. The cottage was on a lovely, tidy and clean street. Parking was available behind gates but we didn’t need to, on street parking was available. There was an Asda 4 minutes drive away - that was helpful. There was a park and fields 5 minutes walk away - great for families. Comfortable beds Felt at home straight away! Smart TV - good for films. Games cupboard with books as well. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty towels. We went to Broughty Ferry which was about 10 minutes away and a really good place for kids/walks. Would absolutely stay again!

A gem of a cottage - as advertised! Full of character & well equipped - excellent book selection & children’s toys, also baby equipment. Well situated for exploring the town & beautiful surrounding countryside. Only problem is that the picturesque wee lane doesn’t allow parking & unloading a car with baby equipment etc is challenging.

This was such a lovely home with stunning views. It was so peaceful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you would need in a home. Wonderful stay. Wish it could have been longer. I would highly recommend this home when you in the Arbroath area.

The property was warm and cosy and was perfect for a family Xmas. The extra room across the courtyard was very useful when dining with a larger number as the kitchen is a little cramped to all get around the table. Remainder of property was spacious and very well appointed. A great place to spend time in.
