Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. First of all sorry NO PETS ALLOWED 3rd party or work bookings also not accepted. Cottage is set in the beautiful ANGUS countryside. Well equipped in accessible area to amenities, only a 10 min drive away from nearest town and 30 min from nearest city in the area . Plenty places within driving distance. The cateran trail is on the doorstep for walkers . Choice of golf courses for those who play. Reekie Lynn waterfall is just around the corner from the cottage.

Rural cottage near Arbroath and close to Lunan bay and Auchmithie, ideal to get away from it all. I bedroom with an adjacent dressing room and open plan kitchen/living space, all on one floor. A lovely bright conservatory and outside patio and seating area is also included. Perfect for walking and cycling in a beautiful part of Angus with Arbroath around 3 miles away and Montrose around 7 miles. Located just off the Arbroath to Montrose Cycle route.

A woodburning stove has been recently installed. The property is ideally located to enjoy the best of Perthshire and has easy access onto the Cateran Trail. Perth and Dundee are both easily accessible and 30 minutes will take you to the ski slopes of Glenshee.
