In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. Living on the farm are the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dogs Isa and Snö, the Welsh Blackface sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly, and Kajsa, and the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Swedish wooden country house

This is a newly decorated wooden house 1h south of Stockholm in the Swedish countryside. It is in a very small village (12 houses) and we own the majority of them and there are just summer guests here. You will stay alone upstairs in the house and there is a nice glazed veranda where you can have dinners. There are 3 working tiled stows. The house was built in the late 19th century and there are a lot of nature in the surrounding and you can see moose’s. There is a lake 400 m away to fish in.

The Lake House in Stjärnhov

This old brewery house just on the lake Naten in Stjärnhov was refurbished in 1999 and hosts easily up to 12 guests. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also a loft with matresses. Take the rowing bout out on the lake, have a sauna and a swim and enjoy lazy days on the deck outside. Go for walks in the forest and pass meadows with grazing cattle on your way. Mushroom and berry picking is allowed and you can explore from the water aswell. In the evening, relax in front of the fire.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
