The owner lives next door, and the resident (wild) owls live at the bottom of the meadow! Pets unfortunately not allowed.

Property has a large driveway with off-road parking for guests and private courtyard. Property is on the ground floor with one small step into porch and one small step into the studio flat. Llyswen is situated on the village high street, a 5 minute walk to the beaches.
