Great and renovated cabin in amazing Telemark

Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Cottage near the potholes, beach, family friendly. Possibility of kayaking and fishing (2 kayak, 2 canoe and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min away from Gautefall ski center. Large garden with play equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (plus own baby bed) Note: part of semi-detached house, simple standard,- older kitchen and bathroom, lovely peaceful space. Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.
