Monthly Rentals in Amberley

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

Number 9 was very comfortable. I had to learn how to use the portable AC units during my summertime stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Aveling responded quickly to any questions or concerns.  There are covered parking spots in the back or street parking. It is on a side street in a very nice walkable neighborhood. The neighborhood is very hilly with some steep inclines. There are restaurants, convenience stores (UDF), and coffee shops within walking distance in two directions. 

I rented Nelly’s place for my parent’s visit to Cincinnati for my graduation. Nelly was hyper responsive and went above and beyond in every way you can imagine. She adjusted the temperature for my mom and even covered my dad’s car window with plastic when he left it rolled down by accident and then t started raining while we were gone. Thank you Nelly!

Brian is incredible. Exceptional communication and swift with responses. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is easy to locate. We were thrilled with everything about our stay. Many sleeping arrangements for multiple guests. The back deck and fire pit were nice places to congregate and enjoy the evening. Thanks for everything, Brian!
