Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

We loved our stay! The home is very close to the parks and other attractions. The pool, while not being huge, was perfect for what we needed - plenty of chairs including reclining chairs, and tons of sunlight to tan with. We never saw a bug inside the home for our whole entire trip - first time we've experienced that in Florida! A few things to keep in mind: We could not find any kleenex/tissues in the home, and we only had 2 half rolls of toilet paper for the week. I would recommend buying some paper products for your stay so you don't run out. Overall, a great stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic family vacation at Jason’s beautiful villa in Davenport, Florida! The house was amazing and cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our kids especially loved the pool and the playroom — they couldn’t get enough of both! Jason was an exceptional host, very responsive and communicative throughout our entire stay, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. He covered all amenities and ensured everything was perfect for us. We’re already looking forward to returning! We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a relaxing and fun getaway. Very comfortable house for a long stay in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Many restaurants near by and close to walmart. Historical center and boardwalk within a few miles. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard. Jim was very fast to answer to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Jim!

Loved our stay! Marcel was very helpful and the place smelled soooo good! I was so scared to see roaches cause it’s a warmer climate and we didn’t see any roaches at all!!! Very clean! Very homey! I would def love to stay here when we visit family again!!! And the area is safe!!

The home was amazing. It had everything that the description said it had. The pool was great. We rented the grill which was really easy and it was great. The resort was wonderful. I loved the lazy river. Brent was very responsive and provided me with everything that I needed.

Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

We had a fantastic stay, Reunion resort is an excellent location close to all the parks and very safe and spotlessly clean, the house was easy to find and straightforward to access. Michael had provided clear instructions prior to our arrival, the house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. The balcony from the main bedroom was great to sit and enjoy a sunrise with an excellent coffee and our teenagers loved having their own house and games area in the pool house, which had a pool table, pin ball, space invaders and a karaoke machine, If we travel to Orlando again we will certainly re book the house and would whole heartedly recommend it as a great place to stay in Orlando.

This was a fabulous house. The themed rooms were so much fun. Each room was so carefully and wonderfully decorated. From the cloud room to the camp room to the avatar room. The game room was a blast with its bunk house and slide and movie projector screen. The pool and outdoor area was great to hang out. And the kitchen had everything you could need. We had such an amazing time. Plus our host, Tati, was so accommodating and great to work with. Definitley the best house to stay at.

I would definitely recommend! Me and my family enjoyed our vacation in this home! The host was very very helpful and responsive and answered any questions we had! The house was very spacious clean and organized. Will be booking again!

This was one of my top stays of all time because the house was well appointed. Each of the 3 decorated children's rooms offered something different for my twin daughters. They of course only slept in the princess room but spent most of their time in the Mulana room. The VR machine is crazy! Flipped me 180 degrees as I road a dragon and my kids watched the tv screen from behind the safety barrier. You won't find that amenity anywhere else. Location is out of the way and quiet. The two video game rooms were a nice touch too. And to check out, Dun sent us a message saying essentially "Just leave, it's a vacation. We'll handle linens and towels and trash, etc." Literally could not be easier.

Me and my group had a amazing time!!! Host is quick with responses and is always available if anything is needed. Such a great location and quiet neighborhood.. 10/10 and will strongly recommend ❤️

The pool is the highlight of this house and the surrounding patio area! Every minute I could - I spent on the patio or in the pool! It’s also large and just over 6 ft in the deep end. The master was spacious with a large en-suite bathroom. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with open concept to living room and dining room. Game room was fun also and stocked with games to play. Quiet neighborhood ❤️ Close to all attractions without the craziness.

Overall, this stay was absolutely amazing from the house, the amenities , the resort, and so forth. Rennata was extremely responsive with any inquiries. My ONLY grip was with the temperature at the house especially in the 2nd floor where most of the bedrooms resided. It was incredibly warm and we could not set the temperature on our own. However, when we reached out to Rennata, she was able to remotely adjust the temperature but it only made a difference up until the temperature re-adjusted back to its default setting. We ended up purchasing a box fan to help circulate the air more than the ceiling fans could and left the box fan for future individuals renting this house. All in all, it was an amazing stay and the house is incredible well maintained. Besides the temp issue, I would def. recommend this rental unit

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home in Davenport! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

5 stars all around. I can’t rave enough about how this place had everything we needed. Everything was high quality from the towels to the sheets to the pillows and even the appliances. Every detail was well-thought thru from the kitchen being well-stocked to even baby shampoo/body wash in the master bedroom. Thank you thank you for making our stay incredibly relaxing and stress/worry free.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balmoral Manor. The communication was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property featured beautiful theme decorations and was very well-stocked, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We had a memorable and joyful stay!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and felt like home. It was very spacious. We initially had some troubles with the sound of the movie theatre and Sam personally came over to help at 10pm after trouble shooting over the phone didn’t work. Great hosts!
